Great service especially mr Eric Ouellette they sacrifice most of their scheduled time in order to satisfy customer desires and needs. The only that I would add is financing creates more customers flexibility and comfort in payments.

I am extremely satisfied with the quality of service I received at Almar.Barry took his time to compare appliances based on our likes and dislikes. He then found the most competitive prices. The specs and technical aspects of the appliances were described. I left feeling confident in my choices.I was then impressed by the professionalism and expertise of the installers. They clearly knew what they were doing, and they did it well.I will be sure to refer friends and family !

I recently bought a BOSCH dryer from ALMAR that ultimately proved to be a lemon. When I called Barry Adler, he was instrumental in helping me navigate the multiple layers of bureaucracy in order to get a new dryer in a timely manner. His courteous customer service made what could have been a nightmarish experience into one where I felt supported and respected.

I am extremely unhappy with my post-sale experience at Almar and, because of it, I would not recommend doing business with them. It is unfortunate because Tullio was extraordinary in the sales aspect of my experience and gave me confidence in buying 6 appliances and a sink!!!!! But the delivery/installation is a nightmare. There is no communication between departments: the warehouse, sales and delivery; everyone deflects the problem to someone else, the warehouse doesn't advise the sales department that some of the appliances have not arrived; the sales department had me pay for equipment that have not been delivered; the installation guy doesn't show up for appointments... a disaster. My appliances are still sitting in the middle of my living room after 10 days! I thought doing business with a small family run business would be a better way to go. I was drastically wrong.

Exceptional service and an impressive range of appliances! Barry's assistance was truly invaluable, as he patiently guided me through the selection process. I highly recommend Almar Appliance!

*Update 1*: I initially gave Almar good review, but I changed my mind. After-sale service was very bad, fridge did not fit my standard door, so the delivery guys just left the fridge outside, leaving me stranded to look for another solution. No help, and they said contact another guy to take off the door or the fridge to bring it in, at an extra $250. For real, this is so stupid and a rip off. Learnt my lesson, avoid this store at all cost. Would never recommend to familes, or friends, or anyone.Just go to Costco and buy appliances there guys. They offer free delivery AND installation. Hassle free no question ask return as well. Almar charged $70 for delivery, extra for installation, AND want to charge me $250 to get the fridge in even though my door is standard size. The worst!*Update 2*: received what they called new" Speed Queen DR7 dryer today

Over the years, through different houses, condos, in Montreal and environs, I keep coming back to Almar. There are many options when shopping for appliances, so selection, price and most importantly service are what determine for me where I shop. I always return to Almar because I love the personalized owner / operator service, the prices are competitive to any other store, and the service is UNMATCHED in the city in my experience. I have sent numerous friends and family to Almar and they always report back saying how well taken care of they were, from the selection to delivery. Thank you to Barry and the team, I’m sure it won’t be long until I’m back for more.

Barry (and, his father) run probably the most knowledgeable appliance store in Montreal. And they back it with the gold standard in customer service. I have almost never been steered wrong (Dacor induction oven/stove, I think not) when choosing appliances in all my years dealing with Almar. To this day, I still think the Turbo Overhead fan is the gold standard, thanks to Almar. Barry is a world of knowledge and contacts in most anything to do with Home and Design.

I purchased a fridge from Almar and I have to say that I am very happy with my purchase. My salesman Tullio is very knowledgeable, and I could tell that he is an experienced salesperson who knows his appliances. I also have to mention the delivery guys, they removed the old Sub-Zero fridge and brought in the the new fridge with precision. I was worried that the wall or the entryway would be nicked, not a chance! They were incredible!Thank you Almar! I would definitely recommend Almar Appliance.
