Old-style customer service at it's best! We found Platinum after being totally deceived and mistreated by an established Westboro flooring company, and are so glad we did. Simply wow! Franco and his son Vince are absolutely the best! Franco is such a genuine person, so knowledgeable and helpful, it didn't feel like I was speaking with a business owner, but a friend who just wanted to help me. I am going to repeat what another review said: old fashioned customer service at its best! Franco was extremely very generous with his advice and other support and help, so that my DIY project went well. I'm extremely happy with the result and could not have achieved it without them! I could not be more emphatic about highly recommending Franco and Vince at PLATINUM Hardwood. You can't go wrong with them!
