I haven’t yet tried em I want to but I do have to say only thing I think needs to be worked on is having someone answering the phones when people are in the shop and can hear the phone but don’t pick up for customers

Came in for a haircut with Halsey. I was nervous because I've had a couple poor haircut experiences in a row at a variety of places. He made the process extremely comfortable with fantastic customer service and the work he did on my hair is absolutely at the same calibre. Definitely recommending him/this place to people I know.

My hair is at its healthiest and best looking thanks to Monika and Hal at Thairapy. When I come in with an idea for my hair, I always leave with my expectations exceeded. Monika recently blew me away by personalizing an “expensive brunette” look for me. I’ve been trying out different salons since moving to the area and Thairapy is by far the best if you are looking for experienced professionals, competitive pricing and overall above and beyond customer experience.

I’ve been a client of Holly’s since before the pandemic when she was based in Etobicoke. She is the only stylist who has been able to give me bangs even with my alopecia. Not only is she so sweet, her experience has proven that she can make the impossible happen. I always feel like a million bucks after an appointment with her. I happily have followed her to Thairapy Bar and am so happy that it is a beautiful salon!

I saw Holly for a cut and colour back in January and she did a PHENOMENAL job!!!! Her expertise and passion towards providing her clients with their desired hair was evident within the first moments of meeting her.The salon is bright, stylish and a comfortable space to be in. The rates are also extremely competitive. I’d highly recommend, and can’t wait for my next upcoming appointment :) Here’s my before and after:

I have been dealing with the literal fall out (of hair) due to an illness (not Covid-related) where I had to cut my long hair short. Due to Covid restrictions at the time my husband and I had to do the initial cut ourselves and Rachel had to clean up the mess when things opened up a bit. She did a wonderful job and has been helping to incorporate all the new growth so I don't look like Alfalfa. I cannot recommend Thairapy enough!

I’m going to preface this by saying that I am very choosy about who touches my hair and have been going back and forth from the Kawartha Lakes to downtown Toronto to get my hair done. However, I was lucky enough to have met Halsey last week and right from the moment that we started talking, I knew in my gut that he was going to be my guy. Well, I can honestly say that Halsey did not disappoint!!! He worked his magic and gave me a beautiful cut that I absolutely love! So heed my advice, run and book an appointment with Halsey! You will not regret it!!! Thank you Halsey!!! You are a true gem! My appointment with you was the perfect way to end my day!!!

I visit Holly at the Thairapy bar and that is exactly what it is. Therapy for hair. I leave feeling 100% Holly is devine.
