Burger Factory is an absolute gem of a shop that I had the pleasure of visiting with my friends. Our experience there was nothing short of wonderful, with burgers that were incredibly tasty and satisfying.From the moment we walked into Burger Factory, we were greeted by a welcoming atmosphere. The staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring that our dining experience was enjoyable from start to finish.Now, let's talk about the burgers. They were simply outstanding. We had three different foods.I didn't like mine or the jucy one! Which was a small usual! Burger. mine wassomw sort of steak and cheese with fried onion! Super hot not delicious.Anyway, not recommended in my view.

We ordered from Uber Eats. They had a buy 1 get 1 free deal on the Cheeseburger and fries. Burger was actually incredible! Picture doesn't do it justice. The fries were so terrible.French fries are my favourite food so if they are not good it ruins the meal for me. These were stale, dry, and definitely old. I didn't even want to finish them. They could have been sooo good if they were fresh which made it even more disappointing. Also the portion of fries was very small.Burger was sooo good. Very fresh and tasty would have been a perfect meal if the fries were good. Very satisfying and my boyfriend and I enjoyed very much.

Full disclosure: ordered off UberEatsWe wanted to give Burger Factory a try after seeing all the positive reviews. We ordered two combos of the Crispy Chicken burger, one with sweet potato fries, and the other with a poutine, as well as an Oreo milkshake.First impression visually was mediocre. The burgers were decently sized, definitely larger than most other burger joints, but upon opening the wrapper, it was just a mess. The condiments and toppings were splayed everywhere like a Jackson Pollock painting, super disorganized, and not spread evenly.The pieces of chicken were too small for the bun for one burger as seen in the photo. It was like Moses parting the red sea, there was so much empty space. The other burger was only slightly better in terms of presentation, but at least the chicken was adequately sized.Taste wise, the burgers were alright, not much in terms of seasoning but the condiments made up for that. The chicken was pretty dry but at least it was cooked thoroughly.The poutine was for the most part, good. I'm the kind of guy that enjoys a lot of gravy and cheese curds in my poutine and I was pleasantly surprised that they gave a generous amount of both. It wasn't soggy either. The only dislike was that the cheese overall was not 100% melted and there were bits of cold unmelted pieces.The sweet potato fries were good taste wise, but they were soggy. We will attribute this mostly due to using a third party to deliver the food and not being eaten right away, but still disappointing.Lastly, when we received the food, there was no straw for the Oreo milkshake and no fork for the poutine. Pretty inconvenient. I mean, they already separated the poutine in it's own sealed paper bag, might as well throw a fork in there before you staple it shut. And no straw for a milkshake, that's just bad awareness.All in all, it was okay. I will give them the benefit of the doubt and assume it was just a one time thing and I got dealt a bad hand today. I will try them again in the future and see if it improves, which can't be too hard as the bar was set kind of low...

I advise all students and families to try this brunch, fast service, delicious food and the cleanliness of the restaurant, and do not forget to try the amazing falafel.

Best burger in town. Juicy Luicy is most to try. Highly recommended to try their delicious sweet as well.

While I was waiting thr for a fren, I saw one of the guy from the counter offering a bottle of water to a uber guy. This itself speaks so much about them. I overheard the conversation. He was saying it's hot out, take a bottle of water and it wasn't like the uber guy had to wait, the delivery was ready for pickup. So 5 stars for humanity.About the food, it was good and the servers were helpful to guide me across. Friendly staff.

At first glance, burger factory looks hidden in the plaza. I tried it upon recommendations while visiting London.I came in to try the machine combo;Staff were friendly and helpful.The most notable thing about burger factory is the quality of meat used, you can definitely taste the quality.The downside was that our order was not made as per request. Nevertheless their mistake was corrected but i believe better customer service can be utilized.All in all very good experience and I hope that by my next visit, I would have a better experience.
