Parachute Ottawa

As a hijabi I requested a female sky diving instructor. She made me feel so comfortable and they appointed a female to record my video. They made sure to tuck my clothing in a way that no skin was showing. The experience itself was amazing it was my first jump and I felt safe and comfortable with them. They are the best 10/10 would recommend.

What a wonderful tandem experience today with Glenn. I felt safe, with a competent instructor. The location is great, very welcoming people. Thanks and I will certainly return!

Absolutely loved our experience! The staff was kind and professional. The place was clean (including the waiting space and washroom) and lots of parking. 100% recommend we surely will be back!

I was rescheduled several times because of cloud cover and smoke from the wildfires in Quebec. Parachute Ottawa kept me updated regularly. They were very efficient in this regard.When the day did come, it was very busy at the hanger. Jumpers were coming in constantly. Obviously a bit of a backlog from previous days.Due to the number of jumpers, I had to wait for a bit for my jump. No fault of Parachute Ottawa. I get it.When my turn came, Renee, Denise and more particularly Glen, were absolutely fantastic. All of them were friendly, engaging and very professional.My only issue was the electronic check in. It was a tad annoying how long it took. This could have been done ahead of time, surprisingly, electronically.I will be going back.Regardless, I was very impressed.Well done Parachute Ottawa!Patrick Malone

oh my god the best Skydiving location ever! The staff, the environment, the system , everything is just amazing! Talked to so many skydivers. They even convinced my mom to skydive with me and it was the best decision! Bucket list Goal achieved!!!!

My very first *ever* tandem ski dive with Parachute Ottawa was AMAZING!! The staff from check in to jump were friendly, helpful, and supportive. I arrived 30 minutes early for my flight and the staff at the front desk answered all the questions I had (I was a bit nervous).I encourage everyone considering tandem jumping to visit Parachute Ottawa weeks before your jump. They have Muskoka chairs and picnic tables to relax and watch people land. It's a great opportunity to meet the instructors and answer any questions you have.I can't thank my instructor, Zach, enough. He was very relaxed and told me everything that would happen, every step of the way. I could trust him because he took the jump very seriously, checking and rechecking my harness many times. Thank you Zach! The training was perfect. He told me what I needed to do before and during the jump - constantly reminding me what needed to be done so we landed safely.The photographer was wonderful. (I am sorry I can't remember her name). While we were free falling, she had the biggest smile on her face and gave me a heart" sign with her hands

We were two plane loads of tandem jumpers who only found out the day before we were doing it.The Parachute Ottawa teams was very professional.Do you jump or not is a personal choice but if you have made that decision this is the place to go.

My family and I had an incredible experience at Parachute Ottawa! I was a bit nervous because it was my first jump but Tim was very reassuring and provided helpful tips and training before and after takeoff. The staff are relaxed and friendly but clearly take safety seriously; all equipment was thoroughly inspected and conditions were monitored right up until we jumped. The view was breathtaking as well!I cannot recommend this place enough for anyone who wants to go skydiving. I’ll definitely be coming back and bringing any friends who are willing to join!Also special thanks to Conrad for filming!

Decided to drop by to check the place out, as I've been thinking of trying it out for a while now. Really got some eerie vibes there. Not at all friendly. Tried to ask a few questions about doing a tandem jump, and the manager there was almost rude or sarcastic.I ended up just leaving and a few days later booked my jump at GoSkydive in Gatineau where they seemed a lot nicer to deal with.
