They know me by name. Excellent customer service over and over again. If ever a problem they are active in a solution or @ least direct me to alternate solution outside their business.

I will no longer be supporting this local outlet. They returned my package to sender after telling me that they would hold it for pickup on an arranged date. They were incredibly impersonal and indignant of my situation. Shopper beware of this buisness.
