The beer store manager (male) on duty on July 10,2023 is very rude and not approachable. I have a bad experience and he has a very poor customer service. He is also racist too. I would like to inform the management/ owner of the company about his behavior .

Staff lied to me saying they had none of what I asked for in stock, despite the website saying it is in stock, just so they could upsell me a different product. This is the second beer store location I have been scammed at. This company loves to fleece Ontarians.

This beer store is the WORST in East Ottawa. I have experienced and observed several incidents of rudeness and disrespect from the staff. And just because you include Sir" when you bark at your customers

This is probably the worst beer store I have had the displeasure of shopping at. The Staff are not customer friendly and downright rude. They treat people with the utmost disrespect. from the security guard outside the store to the staff right up to the so called manager. I Feel like they are the dumbest people that the beer store could have hired with the least amount of training and possibly the worst customer service! NEVER shop at this location. If I were the upper management I would either close this location or FIRE all the employees and rehire a new staff (wishful thinking).

Efficient staff and pretty good selection of beer in store! The two touch screens they have are pretty hard to deal with though, one was broken when we last went in. It’s a small location with pretty high foot traffic but you’ll get what you need!

They refuse to recycle our bottles because we were coming from Quebec.He said' you drink in Quebec and you recycle in Quebec'I asked him, sinds when? Because we were there last week, than he replied that' well last time, we were lucky' and refuse to take the bottles. Is it true what he said, they don't recycle any wine bottles from Quebec in Ontario?They way, he said it was so aggressive and arrogant, am confused! Something is wrong!
