This Mexican restaurant has a nice, festive vibe that is great if you want to enjoy a nice evening. Though there is a downside in the fact that it is quite noisy. The menu is fairly diverse and the chipotle bowl I ordered was tasty but the service was pretty slow although that may be because it was a busy Saturday evening.

Very disappointed with the portions! It wasn’t out first time there but it will definitely be the last!! We ordered fajitas (which aren’t cheap to begin with), each order made only 2 mini fajitas (like 2 slices of chicken in each fajita sandwich) the plate was FULL of onions. We left the restaurant still hungry however paid over 50$ for these 2 plates. They could do better especially with those menu prices.

Bought 3 chicken bowls at $19 each-Overpriced: each bowl contained a few extremely small pieces of chicken (not even a half breast), and some badly cooked rice, what a ripoff!-extremely small quantities: see above and pic-rice was overcooked and dry (almost broke a tooth)Everyone was still hungry but now broke, Mexican food is the cheapest food possible to make in the world. This is just theft.NEVER AGAIN!

We reserved a table for 8:30 pm for my daughter’s birthday. As soon as we arrived we were rushed because the kitchen was going to close. The food was really bad. The fajita had a lot of vegetables and only 5 pieces of very chewy stake. The ribs were not fresh. And the guacamole was sour.If the kitchen closes at 8:30, why a reservation is accepted for 8:30?The restaurant was supposed to close at 11, so we tough 8:30 was fine!We will be never coming back…

If I wanted to yell at my partner over club music, I'd go to a club. As it happens, we were looking for a meal and the possibility to talk while we ate. So we ended up ordering to go. The food was ok but not as memorable as we'd hoped.

I've edited my review since we decided to give the restaurant a second chance and finally we love eating there !Get the ribs, even though it's a mexican restaurant. It's amazing !The French fries are really good too.

This is for the Blainville location. Unfortunately, the portion size and outdated menus are an issue company wide.-Restaurant looked unkempt. Dirty restrooms, unswept floors, bunch of plants and other stuff piled in the back right corner covered in dust.-Portions have SIGNIFICANTLY shrunk since my last visit a few months back.-Pitcher of beer was flat.-They have also removed random items from their dishes without updating their menu. (ie)Enchiladas are advertised with re-fried beans and rice, but they only come with rice now.It is a real shame as I used to enjoy dinning at Carlos & Pepe's a great deal. This however was my last time visiting any of their locations. I have observed the quality and portions decrease since the start of the pandemic and yet I kept coming- flat beer and a dirty restaurant is were I draw the line. Never again.
