A very well maintained, clean and comfortable salon, with great staff. My first experience here and it was fabulous, my daughter went in the next day and she loved it too. My color is awesome, the massage I received when washing, was AMAZING, and my cut is perfect! Mandy did a great job! Work ethics at this salon are superb! Definitely recommend.

Very welcoming, nice atmosphere and friendly staff. First time coming here to get a wash and cut from a junior stylist. They were fully booked and busy but still gave good service.I liked my haircut and the stylist gave me some curls. But few days after, I realized my hair cut was a bit choppy.I would come here next time for the tenured stylists to see their expertise.

I thoroughly enjoyed my hair appointment with Kyla at Salon Decorum! From the moment you walk into the salon, you can see the efforts taken to maintain a high standard of cleanliness and how seriously the staff take the health and safety of their clients.As a first time client, Kyla was friendly and took the time to listen to all my concerns. She was knowledgeable and showed a willingness to work with me as my hair is going through a transition from a chemical relaxer to it’s natural state. I left feeling happy and thrilled with my hair experience.Thank you Kyla!

Ivana has been my colour technician for the last 7 years. I followed Ivana from her previous salon to salon Decorum. I drove 60 km for Ivana to do her magic. My hair is tricky to turn into a nice shade of blond as it is thick and brassy but Ivana NEVER makes a mistake. Also from the moment I stepped into the Salon Decorum I felt welcomed and catered to with uttermost friendliness and professionalism. Thank you and see you soon!

I wish I could give no stars, but unfortunately I can't and I have to give one star. After years, I backed this salon again and I really regret for it. I had to have hair cut for unexpected trip , so I called them and they gave me an appointment the same day as I requested then.I showed a picture to Sam to get idea what I wanted. Even I told her please attention to details, I would like to have hair cut like this picture.She told, I got it . Finally she cut my hair far from I wanted, even it is not close to the picture that I brought to her. I never recommended Sam and Salon Decorum entirely. Hopefully my review helps people .

Will never have anyone else touch my hair!Kyla is fantastic at what she does. She is so kind and always in a great mood when I see her. I'm always feeling so great after every visit.The ladies at the front are so welcoming with their warm greetings and always so patient and polite on the phone!During COVID, this salon has gone above and beyond the protocols trying to keep everyone healthy and safe. I would highly recommend Salon Decorum!

I had a great experience at Salon Decorum. Mandy was great, she did an excellent job and was thorough in discussing what kind of haircut I was looking for. All of the staff are extremely friendly and welcoming, and you can tell they all work efficiently and well together. The salon is also really clean and comfortable. Definitely recommend! I will be coming back for sure. Thanks for a great first experience!

Had my hair cut with Mandy and I am so happy with it! Strongly recommend. Salon was lovely, friendly staff, and most importantly I left excited about my hair! Already looking forward to my next appointment.
