Appalling service. My advice? AVOID!!!I am still in shock and very upset about my experience. I would of given this place 0 star easily but sadly that's not possible. I have been transiting through Canada going home to the UK after 3 weeks of holiday in Mexico with my elderly father.Walking to our gate, we decided to have a drink. The bar looked OK, there were seats available so it seemed OK at first to stay there. There was an older lady bartender with a long black hair. She didn't seem overly friendly but I didn't worry too much. We sat down I asked her for a couple of pints and asked to pay by card. She handed us the card machine, said in quite unfriendly manner to just follow instructions and she left us with it. Anyway, at this point it didnt bother me too much. The card machine asked me if I want to give a tip. I pressed no. Honestly, this place was so expensive already - just under 30 Canadian dollars for two pints of beer. Firstly, my dad and I spent a lot of money in Mexico which was not cheap. We were both running low on money and couldn't afford to tip. Secondly, this woman did not deserve a tip. Why would she? For what? When she returned to us to take the card machine, looked at the receipt and probably saw I gave no tip.. She then thrown a receipt at me and gave me a look full of hatred. Literally thrown in my face. I couldn't believe that she acted so rude and I did absolutely nothing to deserve it. My dad was upset, I was upset. We sat there in silence quickly sipping the beer, feeling super uncomfortable, while she was chatting to some other people next to us being overly 'fake-like' friendly. They obviously gave the tip. She had a big smile then but the moment they left her face went to herself (mega grumpy). I sat there thinking whether I should ask her if I upset her in anyway or why she acted so horribly. However I decided to just leave it as was not worth of my stress.Honestly AVOID, at least when she is there.If you are an owner of that business, I feel sorry that you allow your staff to act this way and ruin your reviews.I wouldn't return there ever. There are many of other bars at the terminal. Choose wisely. Also, this place is mega expensive so.. why would you even bother.

Small bar in Toronto's Pearson airport. Service is quick. Outageously expensive. $11us for a pint of Stella Artois. Served in a plastic cup. You get glass if you sit at the bar.

Airport bar and mediocrity go hand-in-hand and Rock Squeeze was no exception. Service is provided primarily by tablet which gives you some leeway in timing, but lacks that personal touch.The drink options were essentially the same as every other bar in the terminal and were all overpriced which isn't to say it was all bad, as the Muskoka Brewery options are reasonably good.The food was forgettable and unreasonably priced, but when any port in a storm thinking applies to airport food. I wouldn't specifically avoid this place as I wouldn't specifically ever go here either. It's the kind of place that you just wind up at when travelling.

We had such a lovely time here while waiting to board our plane. Godfrey the bartender was an absolute pleasure! He was so sweet, funny, and took the best care of us! Would book a flight just to spend some more time with him!

Pat was an amazing bartender. Helped me enjoy my exceptionally long layover with great stories and conversation while managing helping all the other guests. Stop here for a beer or perfectly poured cocktail while you pass through Pearson.

Very expensive vs the food portions! It's in Pearson airport and of course if was going to be expensive, but please review the picture of what I got for some CAD 6.0 fries! Terrible!!!

We got served by a blonde guy who thought he was at the center of the universe. Extremely rude and the beers were expensive. Gave a 0% tip, but he deserved less.

Fabulous place, Kyle is fantastic and made me laugh after a flight cancellation and several delays. Made me a drink called The Vacation. Cheers to Kyle!

Kyle is amazing. Not self centered. Beers are cheap. My flight not delayed. Great experience.
