Sona Wellness

We loved our experience at Sona Wellness! Kelly was so helpful getting as all set up and comfortable using the sauna and cold plunge. The space is so calming and welcoming and we left feeling re-energized and recharged. As a non-cold-plunger I was really nervous for my first dip, but I was surprised at how much I liked the experience. It definitely helps to have the warm sauna to go into after.We will definitely be back for more!! Thanks again for everything, Kelly!

Beautiful space with great energy. Kelly‘s gentle and soothing energy made the colon hydrotherapy experience a breeze. No need to be nervous! I will see her again in June and would not hesitate recommending her to my friends and customers.

I was a little nervous about trying this but I intuitively felt something was going on with my digestion. After booking and Kelly talking with me I felt safe and trusted her and the procedure.Kelly was beyond professional and amazing !! A pure angel with nothing but passion and knowledge to help heal everyone and getting us back on track.I felt so good immediately after. I do hot yoga almost everyday and something wasn’t feeling quite right and results seem blocked.I highly recommend Kelly and her services and I’m back for 2 more and can’t wait to feel how much better it will get by getting cleaned out and armed with nutrition plan to keep clean.Thank you Kelly !!

Very calm setting, Kelly is very informative and stayed with me the entire session. It was my first visit, with it being so intimate, I felt very comfortable, relaxed and at the end relieved because it was a procedure I needed badly. Kelly set an amazing tone with her welcoming presence, super-tidy and functional space, and encouragement to make my first plunge a positive experience. I went to Sona for my first Colonic in June... I was nervous but Kelly is wonderful. She explains the procedure and gently guides you through, I have had a rash on my torso for years but have noticed its dissapearing and I feel lighter and healthier all around. I went again yesterday had my second colonic, cold plunge and I tried the ballancer pro ... I feel amazing … will be booking my third colonic for Aug… If your thinking about trying this Go For It"."

Amazing Experience! Kelly is so knowledgeable and her wellness centre is amazing! The 60 min cold dip/infrared sauna was the perfect way to spend part of a Saturday. I can't wait to go back!

Amazing place to relax and rejuvenate in the sauna and cold plunge pool! Owner is knowledgeable and friendly! Her dog is also awesome!
