Westside Pest Control Coquitlam

I have been having mice problems for 9 months and tried two different companies before. The professionalism and work from Austyn Bell was amazing. Highly recommend and we even got a referral from a resident in my complex for other pest services. Thank you again Austyn!!!I wanted to update as I opted for the enhanced mice service and AJ was amazing. Paid a lot of money for the pavement ant removal. $280.00 plus taxes, 3 weeks later still lots of ants. Called them and they want to charge me more money to come back out. Poor service. Not impressed, won't use them again.

Jester was the technician who dealt with my issue of roof rats. He was extremely thorough in his assessment of the rat's entry points he identified on my roof. He then sealed these points and inspected the interior where he set traps. This was the first visit of 3 he will make to ensure the roof is rat free. From this first visit I am very pleased with the professionalism and punctuality of West Side Pest Control. Highly recommended.

I received great service from Westside. Both Amy, the receptionist and Thomas, the inspector, were friendly, empathetic and knowledgeable. We suspected we had a mouse in the house. Thomas arrived on time and was quickly able to confirm our suspicions. He identified the probable point of entry was the garage and provided good advise on how to block future entry and he set up traps and poison stations. We our now mouse free and very happy. Thomas was very professional and courteous. We won't know until later but I feel like he has done an excellent job.

Definitely didnt work at all. We paid to have our house mouse proofed. For $430. 2 months later and they are coming inside worse than ever. The basement smells so bad. Complete waste of money. They wont guarantee, and the problem will just come back. Very upsetting, and complete waste of money.

Austyn is not only an incredibly professional field technician with high moral standards but a down to earth real person. Likewise, I find Cassandra to be an outstanding customer service representative whose light hearted, compassionate side appeals to me. And, it’s through them that has shaped my impression of Westside Pest Control to be environmentally friendly and community oriented.
