Friendly staff but they have definitely an issue with their print on demand. One printer was down and they aren't clearly marked where input order panel feeds what printer.

The store is clean and very tidy. The staff are kind and helpful. The only feedback id like to provide is at the photo centre. We've recently ordered some printed photos from them online and the first order we made was great! The second order had some issues, it seemed as though the store staff were not advised if certain parts of the order were to be printed at another facility. The third time we printed they gave us 1/3 of the order as the 2/3 was not ready, then they gave us another 1/3 and we never received our final third of the order until we returned after the most recent lock down. The staff member who helped us had apologized and reprinted our final portion of the order right there and took no time.I believe some better communication between online orders and store staff and needed. And better follow-ups to their clients if only a portion remaining and the status.

I kept telling the guy my hard drive needed to be replaced and he smirked at me as if I was clueless. I worked for Apple, tier 2 tech support, but since I was female I guess..Oh, it was my hard drive. Called it.

I'm a single 22 y/o Father I've recently started going to the gym and wanted headphones. I went to my local store in Huntsville Ontario and managed to speak with the general manager about JBL Tune 640 BT Wireless Headphones due to the return policy with not being able to return after the box is opened I was hesitant but went with a more expensive pair to know the sound quality and comfort would be there.... after going from the JBL headphones that are Blue Tooth ONLY I assumed because SHE had pointed out another pair of Sony WR RF 400 Wireless Headphones they were Blue Tooth as well.... Upon getting to the gym and realizing they were unable to connect my phone I called the staples I bought them from... The general manager told me that she's not required to disclose any information when a customer is purchasing items.. This is what gets me. I could completely understand if I walked in grabbed them and then walked out but the general manager herself helped me look for the headphones that would suit me. SHE ended up picking out the ones I purchased... I bought them in store on Tuesday Feb 14th at 5:45pm they have been taken out of the package and put back in. I have no use for them. they were $150/$165 with tax. I buy diapers and pay for day care I have expenses and $160 is a huge amount of money to me.I work at a car dealership. I make sure my customers know what they are buying before they buy it. I assumed the general manager from staples Huntsville would do the same and I guess the sad reality is that's not the case.I still want headphones but ones that actually perform the way they were pitched.Both customer service on the phone and the general manager herself said nothing can be done... If anyone is looking for WF-RF 400 Sony headphones that connect to a damn tv hmu.

Staff was nice. Told to go home (30 min drive) and order my printer on line, drive back and pick it up. I was just surprised a store that size didn't have an extra printer when they were on sale.Ordered from Best Buy, same price delivered to my door.
