Waited 15 minutes for a single burger last week, I figured maybe they were busy with the drive through or something, had to ask about my order for them to notice it was ready.Waited over 30 minutes for my order this time. This is very frustrating. It shouldn't be this slow past 9pm. I'm not ordering here again, I'll go across the street to La Belle Province, better, faster service EVERY time.

This happened multiple times at this location already. I used the app to place a mobile order and waited over 20 mins in the car. I had to go in to find out that they forgot my order completely. When I complained about waiting 20 mins, they basically said it was impossible and that was exaggerating. Sadly for them, the app shows the time I place the order. No apologies. This is on of the worst McDonald.

The food was good. It’s McDonalds what do you need to hear. The service was atrocious. All communication but no one listening to each other. Whoever owns this franchise should be fired for his incompetence. Most of the staff should be cooked on slabs. I waited exactly 53 minutes for my order. If you want food served to you by people who care cross the street to La Belle Province. It’s Paris to McDo’s Verdun

Food does not need a rating, standard McDonald's at best preparation, I'm just giving 5 stars to this branch's staff, always get a good vibe from these beautiful young hardworking people, I moved to this neighborhood recently and go here regularly. I haven't felt this in other places I used to go, let's say part of it is because of good management, hopefully they are appreciated.

Pretty decent place. However, workers are lazy. It’s been 8 times in a row I went there for an ice cream cone and was told the machine “doesn’t work”. I decided to stick my nose further and ask why, a worker said “the machine takes so long to clean and I don’t feel like it”. When you have a job, you don’t choose if you feel like doing or not. Disappointed.

This is one of my favorite McDonald’s in the city because I can always count on this location to serve me fresh food. I also feel very welcomed because I’m greeted with such great customer service. The team is quite efficient, they always makes sure that my order is correct . One thing that I also appreciate is that this location is always tidy. Such a great location.

WorstOrder was incomplete! Forgot to have the happy meal , then when I went in the car I saw that there were no sauces even tho I paid for it, and no straws!! When I got home I saw that my sausage egg McMuffin didn’t have any sausage!! Horrific . The other McMuffin was hard like a rock!I need a refund

Some how took over 20 minutes for a smoothie and a sundae and in the end received neither as I was pressed for time and had to leave. If I had known that order was too complex, I wouldn’t have bothered

Their prices are much higher than other McDonald's. Also, I ordered a Poutine and it's half the fries, almost no sauce and the cheese just crammed up in one spot. Idc what you do to the other things I order McDo, but messing up my Poutine has to be the one thing I can't accept.
