I got a haircut here today. It was my second time coming to this salon and Sophia doesn’t disappoint! She is absolutely amazing at what she does. Although I’m awkward, she made me feel welcomed. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she made my hair even better than the photo! I’m so glad I found her salon. She’s the best! Probably the best in the area. I wouldn’t trust going to anyone else.

I booked an appointment here ahead of time despite that I had to wait because she was not done with the customers before hand that was not much of a problem. Another fact is my highlights are different colours some a very blonde some platinum and some a bit darker despite using toner. She put in toner in my hair which made my dark brown hair very light which I didn’t not ask for. Keep in mind I saw this when I got home and had to go back to get it fixed which ment putting black hair dye which was never part of the plan. She fixed it free of cost though she only did my middle part which mean if I do a side part the light brown will be visible which doesn’t look good. She also mentioned that it will fade over time which it did not and I knew it wouldn't because she lightened my hair and there is no going back. I added pictures here to what I saw in the salon which looked amazing but my roots were messed up along with the back but the main thing was the roots.

I recently visited this salon and had Sophia help me with my hair. She gave me a lovely haircut and balayage coloring. My hair looks fantastic!!! She is very friendly and made me feel comfortable. I had a really good experience and would come back again! I was surprised to find that she also provides a number of skin care services (facials), I will be coming back to try those.

This was my first time getting my hair done by Sophia and I must say she did an amazing job. I loved how my hair colour and cut turned out (got loads of compliments as well). If you are looking to get your hair done colour, cut, spa anything you can trust Sophia. She knows her job and gives recommendations as well :)

I had been looking around for a salon for my wife instead of the regular franchise salons and happened to find this one quite close to us. My wife and I both had a haircut and absolutely loved it. Sophia was very friendly and offered up suggestions on what types of cuts would suit us. I will definitely be going back for my next haircut.
