As a customer's feedback I can only say good things about the store. Selection of products is amazing staff is extremely friendly and kind. One of my main reasons I like to go back there. Also the looks of the stores incredible and very inviting. Overall very satisfied with the service I'm getting that's why I wasn't going to any other stores. Even after moving from Southwest to the Northwest I was happy to see that there is a store in the Northwest location too.

Overall amazing customer service. Lots of rigs and flavors available, and if you don't know what you are looking for they will set you right up. I was lucky enough to have Karmen help me out, she knows her stuff.

Ayla was awesome but I feel I should update as you have new fantastic staff. Brenna, Karmen and Georgia are really friendly, knowledgeable. I have been coming here for over a year and it's the only place I will shop.

Went in yesterday and was helped out by Karmen!! She was so easy to talk to and a ton of help. I had a hard time thinking about what to get because what I wanted wasn't there but Karmen was super helpful and I really enjoy what I got. Definitely coming back

As nice as the stuff is, I am disappointed in customer service here, long story short I bought 4 vice disposables, 1 stopped working after 2 days, and another 2 stopped working within 6 days, all of them barely used. I've been told disposables can't be returned and I get that but something should have been done if you sold a faulty product.

I came by the other day and was greeted by karmen. She was very helpful and knowledgeable. I am always impressed with the service here and always leave happy. The customer service is amazing as the staff are always so friendly!

I stood in line behind 2 people who didn't get asked for ID, but when I got to the counter I was asked for ID and denied because I didnt have mine with me. I'm a 32 y/o person with a foot long beard. I guess your cashiers just like to judge people on their looks and power trip for no good reason.

Only been here about 3 times. Both younger ladies that work here are super nice and pleasant to deal with. Good juice too although more expensive than my usual vape store, cool vape, I think it’s worth it for better product and good service!
