Great Tim's, very friendly staff, they had everything we wanted. The outdoor patio was okay. I say that because there were so many newspapers blowing around out there, and 3 different staff members came out and didn't clean them up. Other than that, it was great.

Went inside and waited to place my order. Nobody was there to take it. There was a lady playing on her phone waiting for drive thru customers, so I walked out and went to the drive thru. When I arrived at the window, they told me they ran out of the steeped tea I'd asked for. Usually when you're getting low, you brew another pot. It's just really disappointing. I've worked at Tim Hortons before and loved the simplicity of it. Great location, bad service.

I’ve been coming to this Tim Hortons since it opened up. Over the years the service has been amazing, not so great and terrible (and the food was the same). Fortunately over the past two years I’ve really noticed a big difference in the service and quality. I’ve enjoyed going for a quick coffee and having a lunch date with my girlfriend. I’ve been able to recommend it more, and have stopped telling people to avoid it as a whole. Great job to the staff; I look forward to seeing even more improvements moving forward!

It's the closest timmies to me & I often go out of my way to go to the location by Homer Watson. I'm not sure HOW - but every time I request an item either they let me pay for it and then find out they have none left OR they tell me they don't have it, so I make an alternative choice and then they don't have that either. Today they were out of bacon so I changed my order to an everything bagel toasted with butter - which when I opened, had butter on ONE side of the bagel which was sliced so badly. It's worth the extra 10-15 mins to get on the highway and go to Homer Watson - plus, AYR location is so INSANELY slow all the time.

Had my phone out the window to pay with Apple Pay and a worker hit my phone out of my hands with the debit machine and then closed the window on me meanwhile my phone screen was completely shattered and nothing on my phone worked causing me to need to go and buy a new phone. Asked to speak to the manager at 3 different times and all the employees pretend to be the manager. Terrible service I didn’t even get an apology. After 5 minutes of waiting at the window a different female employee opened the window and said there’s nothing they could do for me and when I asked for the manager the first time she told me she was the manager and there’s nothing they could do. Since then 2 other male employees who clearly were only workers told me via phone they were the managers.

Easily the slowest Tim's I've gone to. I'm typically not this harsh but I don't understand why it takes over 10mins to get a wrap. Is it the fact that you can't keep people long enough? You have to keep in mind this is pretty much the only location in the area and everyone has places to be.

The man taking my order asked me to repeat my order 5 times in the drive thru and I was speaking very clearly each time, I received my food after a long wait and it was all wrong. Went inside and there was about 10 people working. The lady at the counter asked me 3 times what was missing on my bagel. Not happy with the service. Was much better about a year or two ago.

Asked for a triple triple and got one no where close. I find thid location hit or miss and usually better in the morning with the team. Also the friendliness of the morning team is night and day, kids working evenings need personalities
