Pharmacy assistant was very friendly and prescription was ready within a few hours for pickup.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Went here for an emergency prescription from the hospital for excessive vomiting for 48 hours at 8 months pregnant which is serious and the lady that was there told me to come back in 45 minutes, 2 hours later and it’s still not ready and I’m on the verge of having to go back to the hospital. Hire staff that does their job properly not just play around until the end of their shift. I’m never coming back to here to get anything filled ever again and I’m telling everyone not to bother with their time.

Taylor in the beauty department is an absolute gem. She went out of her way to try and help me get my optimum points (system issues)I could tell she is a genuinely kind person which can be a rarity these days. Don't let the world dim your sparkle, Taylor. Shoppers is lucky to have an employee like her.

The staff in the beauty boutique were very rude & I had a terrible customer experience. I was followed around the store by two employees, I felt like I was definitely being racially profiled / wrongfully discriminated against.This isn’t the first time I’ve had a bad experience at this shoppers, I will not be going back to this location.This is very disappointing because I also work for the Loblaw Companies Limited & I know this type of customer service isn’t what the company stands for and represents.

So upset and embarrassed after an incident that took place this afternoon. My doctor told me that the pharmacist can prescribe me anti viral Covid pills and to go to the pharmacy and ask them any questions I have regarding the pills. I waited in the consultation area and the pharmacist stayed very far from me and asked me what I needed. She never came close to the counter, so I had to speak louder to ask about the anti Covid pills and the effects on pregnant women. The pharmacist’s attitude changed and she started to speak with an attitude. She said she wouldn’t give me the pills and said my doctor needs to prescribe it. I told her that my doctor said that they can now prescribe it. She said nothing to that. She just said “nope, no testing on pregnant women.” Because she stayed far from the counter the entire time and was rude, other patients started staring at me. Absolutely humiliating, especially since I had a mask on. Absolutely disgusted with her service.

Staff didn’t even know their own return policy- had to drive across town to be told they could’ve done it at that other store and that I was given the wrong info. Employee was incredibly rude when asked to.Just because the staff is older doesn’t mean they can treat younger people like dirt.

I went in today to have a consultation with the cosmetics advisor, Taylor, and was blown away by her level of service! She helped me with my skin discolouration issue and recommended a grade A product for my skin. She also took her time to test some concealer on me to make sure it would meet my needs. I appreciate her time, dedication, knowledge and demeanour. Thanks so much keep up the great work!On another note, I want to thank the Pharmacy team for being so great during the pandemic. I'm not sure why there are any negative reviews below, I've only ever had great experiences with them. Keep going above and beyond like you always do!!!

absolutely ATROCIOUS service. I had a prescription for testosterone come in to the store (sickkids said it would take a few days) and we called MULTIPLE different times, and they would ask about the drug first. they would then just say 'one sec, we'll call you back' and guess what! thay never did. my mom went to go pick it up today and the lady started asking quite a few probing questions about why a 'female' would need testosterone. obviously that is absolutely NONE of her business and she refused to hand it over until my mom answered. she didnt answer because she obviously doesn't need to. she then started making excuses saying that it was expired (for people who didn't know, it takes years for it to expire) and that theres a shortage so they cant get us any more. obviously none of this is true. we have switched all of our prescriptions away from that store and i will never set foot in that specific store ever again. we talked to the headquarters and they are now looking into this. we a furious about the treatment of me and my mom. i genuinely hope that all of the people we had to deal with gets fired.

I went in this store, for first time because iam from Toronto, but Customer service from Genevieve, is so Amazing and so helpfull. SHE IS NUMBER 1 IN CUSTOMER SERVICE.VERY GOOD EXPERIENCE.
