OK Tire

Took my car in to get a tire alignment. When I came back, the work was not done. I was told that bolts in one of my wheels was seized and something needed to be replaced. Having taking my car to my own mechanic less than a week prior I knew there was nothing wrong with my car. I just needed the alignment done since he didn't have the equipment available to him. When we asked for a quote they waffled and kept telling us that they needed to calculate the cost of the parts, and would get back to us later. That was almost a week ago. I do not recommend going to this place. They will cheat you and leave you with an empty wallet.

I called Richard before they even opened and requested for a wheel alignment. He said he would call me back as he was driving to the shop. He told me he was fully booked and he could get me in on Tuesday (It was a Friday). When he called me back he said he had a few cancellations and he could get me in that day. I agreed on the time.When I got there I pulled around back and the mechanic there was friendly and directed me to the front desk. I met Richard and he explained the process to me. The wheel alignment can only be done if everything on the vehicles suspension has no issues. There is no point doing a wheel alignment if a control arm or tire rod for example needs to be replaced. So he said the mechanic will have a look and if everything is fine they would do the alignment. Richard said it would take an hour.When the mechanic inspected my suspension and components, Richard came to the waiting area to let me know everything was good and they are able to proceed with the wheel alignment. The wheel alignment was done under an hour and Richard went over the wheel alignment report with me. I am super happy with the service provided. I would recommended this shop to all my friends and family. If you are going to book a service contact Richard directly. He will honour any pricing you are seeing else where. Support our local businesses and avoid using the other third party apps (Groupon).

If I could give this place 10 stars, I would! I frantically called around trying to find somewhere to take my new vehicle to have a slow leak repaired (the Subaru dealership apparently didn't have time). After being turned down three times, I called OK Tire and the woman who answered the phone was friendly and informed me I could bring my car in within 2 hours - same day!! I dropped it off and she said it would be ready in an hour. I promptly received a text message an hour later and picked it up without any issues. I guess everything *will be* OK if you go to OK Tire! :)

I've never had any problems with the work they've done. The customer service brings me back. Great crew of mechanics, great lead, great reception. I've always done all the work on my vehicles, but I get enough value out of this location that I may make it a habit going forward!

Failed to do wheel alignment on my Dodge Journey. I've installed new control arms, shock absorbers and alignment bolts. However, the mechanic said that he could not adjust 1 rear wheel. He didn't like the new bolt.After that, all work on the car was stopped and it was returned to me. The steering wheel began to stand crooked. The car began to pull to the side. I do not recommend this stationI've checked this suspension after visiting OK TIre and found that the rear control arm bolt was not tightened. I could crash. Unprofessional work that puts life at risk.

I have been in Canada for 4 months now and all my experiences were all positive till date. But the ok tire Chinook changed that. I did not like the staff behaviour at all. I went for just basic services of tire rotation and wheel alignment check. But the staff was so rude and to top it all, their centre manager was the worst. They did not answer anything. Did not explain me the diagnostic results. And their manager was even questioning that have I paid the bill before leaving!!To be honest, only the girl at the reception was talking politely, rest all were like toxic.My friend recommended me to go to some other Shop on MacLeod trail but still I went to ok tire due to a Groupon coupon. Worst mistake!!NEVER AGAIN!!

I bought the winter tire set at this location two years ago. I didn’t have the rims so they took off the summer tires. Also I was told those summer tires treads were worn down so they didn’t give me back.I was wondering that those set were just 2 years old, explained to them that and I got them back.Last year, I spend almost a couple month outside Canada and no chance to change to the summer tires. But yesterday, went to Costco to change to summer tire and they said they couldn’t change because all summer tires got damage. I brought all set to show to my friend who is mechanic and he said this was happen when they took tires out from rims.They broke all my summer tire set and tried to hide that? That’s why they tried to dispose? Not acceptable.

I had an oil change done and I was happy to return. However, since they started working on my car on January 2023 they have provided poor service and acted very strange with me. I came in with my 2019 Honda civic due to some lights ( engine, safety...) appearing on my dashboard. They recommended to change my wheel bearing and speed sensor which i did have them replace. That did not fix the light popping on my dashboard.Richard sent me to Honda to reset a code and said it would be free. Honda said they would have to do their diagnostic to figure out the issue which they charged me for. Honda said that the wheel bearing and speed sensor were incorrectly installed and i told that to Richard. Richard said Honda diagnostic was not true so he set up an appointment with me and him at a different Honda location who came up with the same diagnostic. However, Richard told me that Honda said that the 2 parts were damaged. I had to go back to Honda to know the truth because Richard sounded very fishy. He finally fixed the issue after the second diagnostic. i had to come back to this shop because of some grinding noise they created. They fixed the noise then but it started being noisy again. I don’t know what they’ve done to my car but I’m not going there again.I had wasted so much time going back ( more than 7 times) to this shop and Honda for the same problem. There were few instances where they returned my car telling me it was fixed when it was not. He had me coming to the shop and there was no mechanic to perform the job. Their customer service is very very bad. Do not go there if you have a challenging issue. They were incompetent in resolving this matter. They have not apologized or offered any refund. I requested a refund which they agree at first but i never received the money. I wish i checked their reviews before going there. This location is the worst.

Visited OK Tire Chinook to have my seasonal tire switch over and I was pleasantly surprised by the professionalism, efficiency and friendliness I received during my service. I've been to tire shops before and this was by far the best experience I have ever had at one. The front desk lady was friendly and very informative. One gentleman who I believe is the owner was also amazing to deal with and they had my tires swapped over (without rims) in under an hour. I highly recommend this location/ business!

Had a Nail in tire so went to this location to get it fixed. They charge you way much more to start with $80 but yeah its fine. So after that is done, my air was going down ever since in that particular tire but I never bothered to get it check as thought it was just the winters. When finally the leak was too much that I had to put in air after every 3 days I went to the location and owner told me that my tpms sensor was causing the leak as it was broken by their associates when they changed the tire. Overall bad customer service and waste of time. Thanks guys!
