C & T Supermarket

I come here very often as I live near here and the service is usually good. I saw a lady getting yelled by the man in fish market because she asked a question. Well at least now I know to avoid going the fish market here.

Have been to C&T Supermarket for many times. But today it is really disappointing. I bought 3.33 pounds of beef flank. After getting home, I found that there was a lot of fat and uneatable parts inside the pack which I could not see when buying. After scraping these part from the beef, in the picture you can see that these part took a significant part of the beef flank that I paid for almost $6 per pound. Thinking that I need to change a store from now on.

Honestly, the only complaint I have is that the aisles are a lil cramped but other than that they always have a great selection of snacks, meals, drinks, fresh produce and meat and I've always had good customer service!

Nice place to get fresh fruit & vegies, nice quality meat for really good prices and everything you can possibly need for your Korean meal prep and Asian in general. Awesome wariety of snacks too. Only problem, usually is overcrowded. Pick late afternoon or early morning to visit ;)

The cashier here is the worst I ever seen. When they made some mistake, the first thing jump into their mind is the customer intended to shoplift. Today after I paid my stuff, the cashier chased me out to the parking lot and said there is a bag of jujube I didn’t pay. She grabbed it out and said if I still want it I need to go inside to pay. She said she is pretty sure I didn’t put it on the counter to let her scan the item. In other words, I steal it. I went inside to the customer service counter. The lady their double checked and found I have paid that. It is the cashier’s mistake. I only want to ask an apologize from the cashier. But she still has tons of excuses. She prefers to say thousands of words to state it is not her mistake rather than just admitting she is wrong and say sorry. She said that it is because of the item description shows on the receipt is not the usual word she saw. But the item is an on sale item for one week already, and they are selling very fast. I cannot believe it is her first time to scan an item being sold for years and recently on sale as a popular item. If you want a bad mood and be treated as a thief, feel free to go there.

variety products, vegetables looks fresh but the green veggies I bought which had bleach smell after cooked!

My first and the last visit to this place ever!! Very unpleasant first visit!!! One of the cashier worked on March25th2023 Saturday around 4pm. Her checkout counter was number 2 near to the Vegetable section. A real shocked to me!!! She was damp bloody rude and yelled at me in front of the other clients on the line. It was just because I forgot to put a divider bar when I placed my grocessary at her checkout counter!!! I was thinking, If putting a divider at the check out counter is so important and mandatory then PLEASE put up a sign at the check out counter as a reminder! I kept quiet and chose to ignore her remarks because I did not want to bring down myself to her level !!! I urged C & T owner PLEASE choose a good customer service staff to serve your clients as well as train them to be polite to your clients and remember the saying goes “ customer is always right” please respect everyone that walks in to your store just like I had chose to respect your store and not to made a fuss scene on the spot yesterday!!!

A big Asian marketYou can find here everything you need for kitchenOnly one thing that make me dont give 5 star. Caissiers in the front . They never say Hello or Thank you when you come to pay.Not smile at allLooks like they do not love the Job

Good prices and decent selection for Asian groceries. A little cramped and chaotic though - it's almost like there's too much store packed into too little space (and it gets bad when it gets busy).

Their fresh food is very easy to get bad before expiration date even conserved in the fridge, and you will never get refund. I give one star because I can not get a lower rating.
