Booked in for a Swedish couple's massage for my husband's birthday. The ladies were very friendly, professional and accommodating to my limited availability. Highly recommend giving them a try.

I was given a gift certificate to get my eyelashes done here and the technicians certificate expired so she could no longer legally do them. They refused to give me a refund. Extremely unprofessional way to run a business.

I have been going to this spa since I moved to Mission 10 years ago. I bought myself a package for my birthday this year. I was looking forward to spending 3.5 hours being pampered. Sadly the spa is not what it used to be. The linens on the massage table were grey with stains.... I almost asked them to be changed, but did not want to start my spa experience negatively. In the almost 4 hours I was there I was not offered tea or anything....only a paper cup of water was placed on the table in the pedicure room. I would be willing to forgive this somewhat but the pedicure and quick mani were terrible. My pedicure had polish all over my toes and looks like a child did it.This was my second poor experience here and will be my last. ( last time they accused me of being late for my service and I had to show them their email to me to prove I was not late) This time they could not even find my file.

Really enjoy every experience I have had at Natural Reflections - they can offer multiple pedi/mani appointments too which is really fun for a girls day out! Very clean, friendly and excellent services. Prices are very reasonable.

The interior is very nice, would have liked to have somewhere to hang up my coat but that's okay.My masseuse was wonderful, very professional and made me comfortable. I would have loved to have a heated bed, some spas have heating pads on the bed so when you get in it's all nice and warm!!❤️I will definitely be back as it is one of the nicest spas I've been to.
