We had a great service today, we couldn't communicate in English due to the language, but Dr. Ron Nesbitt gave us a patient translation and gave us all the precautions and safety information we needed during our trip. Many thanks to Dr. Ron Nesbitt.

Was welcomed with a cool calm environment, our toddler was so relaxed she slept for almost the whole appointment. Great place to beat the heat. Also she was given multiple lollipops when she woke up. Great experience

Very helpful advice and a professional setting. I had a good experience! At least as well as one could hope for getting needles in my arm. Definitely recommend and will come again before future trips.

My wife and I went to Passport Health, Richmond office on January 12, 2019 to have a consultation on our upcoming trip to South America. We met with a registered nurse on the scheduled time. She was very well prepared, thorough and gave us detailed explanations of her findings and recommendations. We found her to be very professional, pleasant and friendly. The meeting lasted 1-1/2 hours (including two vaccine shots) but it was time well spent. It was a wonderful experience for us.

The nurse that helped me took her time to explain to me what is needed in which region I was travelling to which was very helpful. She was very knowledgeable and definitely not pushy! Happy to have been able to sit through a consultation with her!

Ka Young, the nurse who helped me, was very friendly and efficient while ensuring that we were fully informed about the country I will go to and in the decisions we would make for the vaccinations. She went above and beyond to make sure we had all the information and respected the choices we made. She even let me know when I will need to retake some vaccinations not relating to where I'm travelling to which was so helpful. The facility is also very nice and simple but quite hard to find; however, Ka Young called us as we were searching for the location to help us find the office. So great service!

I am so glad we chose this clinic. From the moment we arrived at the door, to the time we left, it felt casual, relaxed and not at all the rushed, sales pitch atmosphere I had expected. Not only do I feel much more prepared to travel to our volunteer build in Malawi, but I have a better understanding of all the inoculations I've had in my childhood. We were given options and suggestions to some of usual emergency medications we usually take. The attention was personal and there was no time limit to the questions we were asking. Instructions were clear and even the medications I brought home to take over the next week were simplified so I can't possibly mess it up as I add it to my already busy morning routine. We turned down some recommendations, but from an informed position. Some we will return for when the national shortage is replenished, but out options were explained very clearly and we were given documents to cross the borders where it may come into scrutiny because of our itinerary.I would gladly return and recommend others to this clinic for it's laid back and open approach to education. Ample information clearly explained.

I was asked to post a review from Passport Health so here goes. I feel that the nurse was really knowledgeable and for the most part, prepared to answer the questions we had regarding our trip. However, I wasn’t too pleased with the fact that I had to pay an admin fee of $79 for a visit just to be told that all my vaccinations were up to date…what was the point of filling in all my vaccination information ahead of time if Passport Health could have just told me I technically didn’t need most of the shots they recommended for my trip? That was my only qualm.

Very unprofessional place. I did my TB test in Richmond location in Wednesday and before do the test I asked them I need that by Monday for my school and they said no problem you will get it by Saturday . After did the test next day they called me and said can you travel Surrey or North Vancouver for test results , we do not have nurses in Richmond. Only one nurse and she have emergency. So either come Wednesday or travel other places. Like seriously you over charge me $116 for this kind of service??? Why should I travel 45 minutes far away from my home? Not suggesting anyone to do any kind test if you emergency.
