I only purchased wholesale dahlias from Van Noort once, and I will never purchase again. Very poor quality tubers, but what really made me never want to purchase again was my representative Sam. He was very dismissive of my concerns about the poor quality tubers. I sent photos and videos of my dehydrated tubers and he told me to soak them in water and they would grow fine. I've been growing dahlias for many years and I have never ever heard or read about this practice and I knew it wouldn't work. I stated the same, and was again...dismissed. I also don't like how you have to go and pick up your order from the city, they will not ship direct to farm like every other wholesale company does. Lost my business permanently.

First off - great customer service. I had one of the best customer service experiences yesterday after encountering a problem with how they ship out their bulbs. The lady was kind, reasonable, understanding.I am giving 4 stars, however, because I have had a few communication breakdowns with them that have caused stress and headache on my end. They are always fixed (once again, good customer service), but I think most could have been avoided in the first place with improved communication upfront with their customers.In the future, I will still order my bulk bulbs from them.

We have extensive experience in dealing with this company. They are fantastic at all levels from sales, plant quality , office contacts and even the delivery people are wonderful.
