This firm is like no other. The notary Mr. Diao demonstrated a superior level of professionalism and made me feel like a valued person. I must admit they were not my first choice, but I regret not coming here first. I am thankful for the great service. I understand people need to get paid for services they provide, but I felt that at this firm their concern was for me to be treated with respect and obtain justice. I am an extremely happy client and I would highly recommend this firm and this notary.

Ne recommande pas comme lieu de travail en tant qu’ancien technicien juridique. J’ai passé mon temps à réparer des postes informatiques, entretiens d’imprimantes et autres appareils électroniques plus souvent que mon travail en tant que technicien juridique.Bureau à éviter pour nombreux problèmes informatiques.Aujourd’hui, je travaille en tant que technicien en informatique et analyste en cybersécurité.Plus d’argent, de respect et d’appréciation pour le travail accompli.Ce fut ma dernière expérience en tant que Technicien juridique (décembre 2019).

Super service avant, pendant et après. Suivis méticuleux et prix juste. Vous pouvez leur faire confiance ils sont très professionnels.

Sadly, I dealt with an unprofessional notary at this location for the sale of my home. He offered his opinion on my home during this transaction (you must have paid less for this parking spot when you purchased it" - and "in MY condo building...this and that...") I thought a notary was supposed to be unbiased and work to facilitate an ALREADY-AGREED UPON transaction with both parties. He introduced bias into the transaction (compared my house to his own)

She was quick to respond to my messages, always took her time to explain whatever needed clarification, and made the entire purchasing process smooth and stress-free.I strongly recommend her!

Excellent service de confiance autant des notaires Me Cynthia Gaudette et Me Major-Lacombe. Accessibles, rapides et efficaces. Je les recommande à quiconque aurait besoin d’un avis légal en droit immobilier, médiation familiale ou préparation testamentaire. Vraiment un bureau qui a à cœur de veiller aux intérêts et besoins de leurs clients.

During the sale of our house, the buyer chose to use a Notary at this Longueuil office. It took the Notary 2 attempts to arrive at the correct $ value of the money to be reimbursed to us for the sale. They verbally promised that the cheque for the amount would be available at their Belenger Street office (closer to where I work and therefore more convenient for me) on a certain day, but it was not available on that day. I had to rearrange my work schedule for the promised day of pickup and the actual day of pickup and had to lose more paid hours of work to accommodate this. I made alternate proposals to them to get MY money to ME (courier at their expense) on the day I was promised it, but they would not accommodate to honour their commitment to get the cheque to me on the day they had promised. Terrible customer service. I would not recommend this bunch.

An affidavit service is a bit more expensive than in other firms but their professional approach, prompt and thorough replies by email (which saves my time) and same day availability in my case overweight the cost issue. I highly recommend and thank Metre Martine Viau and Metre Cynthia Gaudette.

Probablement ma pire expérience de notaire à ce jour. Plusieurs erreurs ce sont glissés dans mon dossier et j'ai dû payer mon agent manuellement de ma poche dû à leur erreur. En gros, après plusieurs délais de mon paiement suite à une erreur de la banque (selon eux), ils m'ont payé directement la commission de mon agent sans aucune mention que ce chèque, qui était à mon nom, incluait le montant de commission de mon agent. J'ai dû faire un chèque manuellement à Remax afin de payer la commission.Également, suite à un chagement de banque pour mon prêt hypothéquaire, ils n'ont pas envoyé l'avis de quittance à mon ancien prêteur, ce qui m'a valu plusieurs appels et temps perdu.Après plusieurs appels et discussions, ce bureau ni toutes responsabilités et me disent, en gros, de m'arranger avec mes problèmes. Je pense sérieusement à faire une plainte au bureau des notaires. Pour un service de 1200$, je m'attendais à beaucoup mieux.

We used the services of LGML for both the sale of our old home and purchase of our new. The timeframes were aggressive, but the service provided was professional and efficient allowing everything to go smoothly.
