As a visitor to Quebec, I was very pleased to taste and experience my meal at The Old Mill. Many of the menu combinations were very new to me. The chef is indeed adventuresome, brave and bold. I wish your enterprise good luck and a successful future.

The place to be in the eastern townships this year! Hyper local fresh food concept with a continuously evolving menu. Very friendly staff and attention to detail. There’s a sofa area for relaxing, a wine bar and a Growers&co store with some local take home food.

Eating at Espace Old Mill is a delight. We sat outside on the covered terrasse on a hot summer evening and chatted with other diners. The staff was attentive and professional and the food did not disappoint. It is a small plate format with a well rounded variety of choices. We came away satisfied on all levels and will be going back.

The products are good, the service as well. Portions are a bit small and we left the restaurant being still pretty hungry (after two appetizers, two main dish and two deserts for two people).

The entire experience at Espace Old Mill was phenomenal - the fresh and local food was all prepared to perfection. The friendly and knowledgeable staff really made us feel welcome and elevated the experience. The atmosphere of the restaurant is warm and inviting - you can really see the passion and creativity that have gone into this whole experience. We will be back!!

I am amazed by this culinary cultural experience. It introduces me to new combinations of tastes, textures, flavours, ingredients that I have never encountered before. The food is gentle, subtle, rich, creative and completely local. The setting is beautiful, enchanting and nourishing. I have the utmost respect and admiration for the work and creativity that goes into this.

Espace Old Mill
We had a wonderful experience! The space is warm, cozy and comfortable. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. The food was delicious, like an elevated comfort meal. Love the fact that everything is local! We didn't feel rushed and felt like staff were checking in on us. The only that was slightly confusing was it wasn't obvious where to park and that we were in the right spot.
