The quality of the photos may be decent, but the customer service was awful. Staff needs to be more aware of customers waiting and triaging needs.

When I give this a one star rating, please understand that I mean this as a one star even for walmart standards. The service at this photo center is never good, oftentimes downright rude or hostile. The staff is perpetually incompetent and disorganized. They seem completely baffled by the idea of customer service, and they have no clue whatsoever how to handle there inventory. Try staples or london drugs instead for your photo needs and save yourself the headache.

Photo orders arrive late or not at all. This has happened multiple times. Missed Christmas deadline. 'Next Day' Poster didn't come at all. Extremely difficult to contact customer support.

Not good ,I called in advance to make sure thay do the passport photos in this pandemic situation.And thay said yes no problem came over .When we came in no one in the department and a note said ask for help in electronics what I did but no one know any think and they did not know if thay do how to do ....So after 10 minutes of wast off time we are left since it was no point to stand there if no one can do the photo that over the phone was said thay do daily till 8 pm

Dear Customer Service,Our family are regular customers of Walmart over many years and we frequently use the Walmart Photo Centre for our photo printing requirements; our experience has been fine in the past.On 16Oct’22 we received our wedding picture prints from Walmart Super Centre, Guildford.  We had ordered 39 4x6, 30 5x7and one 6x8 on 28Sep’22 and were advised that we would receive them in 7-10 business days.  They arrived late and we would be okay with that, if the product we received were good, despite the delay.The one 6x8 we ordered of the wedding couple was overexposed and very white (this was supposed to be our best picture!), while all the other prints we received were very dark and not true to color AT ALL compared to the original film we ordered from.  For example, to give you an idea, our bridesmaid dresses are Sage Green, which shows up as grey and the groom’s suit is a Birdseye Blue, which shows up as a greyish dark blue.We called up Guildford Walmart and spoke to lady named Kafia at 6:47 p.m. on 16Oct’22.  She was apologetic and said she was not able to authorize a reprint or refund and that we should call Customer Service at the 1-888 number. So we immediately called customer service at 6:50 p.m. and spoke to a ‘Rohit’ and advised him of our problem; we requested a reprint of the pictures in original colour, or a full refund.  Rohit, I have to say was most unhelpful, impolite, curt and rude “Customer Service” staff, which is not what we expect from Walmart!  He first blamed us for not opening and checking all the pictures before we left the store.  Did he think we somehow changed the colour of the pictures in the one hour between pickup and getting home?  Ridiculous.  And then he told us to go back to the store and destroy the pictures in front of a staff in order to get a refund!!!  I get it that there may be a few people, who would want to cheat Walmart and get a second set of prints for free; that is not our intention.  However, there is a polite, courteous way you can convey the message to a customer that Walmart will gladly make a refund, if the damaged/unsatisfactory prints are returned to the store.  Rohit was giving us this highhanded rude attitude throughout the whole phone call and was talking as though it was our fault that the prints came out badly and that we had a bad experience.  Not only was he rude and unprofessional, not once did he apologize either for the bad product/service or the unexpected delay.We have been waiting anxiously for these wedding pictures to send out to our family and friends all over the world, especially, to those who were unable to attend the wedding.  It turned out to be very disappointing and then dealing with your Customer Service, most unpleasant.RegardsKevin/Amanda.

Email notified me that my order is ready for pickup and upon getting there, they said they don't have it. On top of that they cannot check by my order number either to see where it is.

Very poor quality and doesn't worth at all!the background is ok but the personal photo looks so aweful.you won't see your fa e clear at all and the lady thinks it's still ok and nothing wrong with it!very unsatisfactory customer service.It is so obvious tbat she can see the error yet she still say it's ok! It's not about the money but atleast she acknowledge the error!
