Lovely spot to sit in the sunshine having your morning coffee on the veranda. Cinnamon buns are fabulous too. Ask for them to be warmed up.

I spent five days in Salt Spring and I don't think there was a day I didn't end up here. Best coffee on the island and the food was bomb. The staff are super friendly, the tunes are always playing something good, and they have a giant pride flag hanging from the ceiling to and I quote keep the wrong kind of people out." If you're going to Salt Spring stop here."

Got charged for two drinks without realising, neither were what I actually wanted and the person making them didn't offer to fix the issue or refund me.

It’s a small place with only 3 tables, being mostly a coffee shop. At 4 in the afternoon there were not many people in and out but it still took a while for food to arrive. No luck on my sandwich modification request. Ignoring the unwanted mayo, the food was good.

Don't drink coffee, but this is our go to place for delicious old school donuts when we get the donut cravings. They do have nice pre-mi chai, just always wish chai's were house made vs. pre-mix. Chai pre-mixes are too sweet and not as savoury as delicious house-made masala chai.

I stopped at TJ Beans to try their coffee and have something to eat. The place is nice, with some outdoor tables - orders are being taken at the door due to the pandemic. They also have some pastries options. The staff is friendly, and the service is fast. I had a latte that was good. I also ordered the “all-day breakfast bun” that, at first glance, was disappointing: ham, cheddar cheese and an egg bite. But it got worst: the egg bite was prepared with a rotten egg. It could be prevented, and my experience was disgusting.

I was starting to think that finding great food in salt Spring was not possible… everything changed when I found this place.I got the beef dip sandwich and Wow!The fries were perfect, and fresh.The beef dip was juicy!!And the vibe here is cool.After having a few very meh meals, I know if I ever come back I’ll be coming here and probably eating here the entire time.

Great place to end up for coffee and treats on the island. When it’s busy things can get really cozy but there’s lots of seating on the patio. Even though it took 17 minutes to make, their poutine is yummy and the gravy is finger licking good. Stop by when you’re in the neighbourhood!

Asked for their extreme poutine wich is a poutine with pulled pork “3 cheese” and sour creme the server mumbled to me something that sounded like chicken strips on it is extra do you want it I said I just wanted the regular “extreme poutine” and somehow I ended up with a poutine with no meat on it for 20 dollar my girlfriend had a regular one for 14$ so basically he made me pay 6$ extra to get only get a spoonful of sour creme and the 3 cheese wich is texmex and the regular curds (texmex is two color so they count it as two cheeses lol) so my guess is that buddy didn’t feel like cooking the meat on it and ripped me off
