Pharmacy was very friendly, honest and helpful. Although we did not end up getting the prescription filled, May went out of her way to call the insurance company for us to ask why the medication was not covered.

Pretty good hours. The pharmacists are friendly and answers any questions I have regarding my medications clearly. There's a Canada Post office inside too so that's convenient!

Friendly and helpful. You can ask doctor to send proscription to them directly and they will call you to confirm. They understand English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

In my experience, the pharmacist was not friendly or helpful. They seemed annoyed by my presence. Not a great feeling when you try to give the small local pharmacy a chance. I was expecting good customer service.

I have been obtaining my MEDS from this pharmacy for many years. The entire staff is very friendly and helpful. Martina is superbly knowledgable and always has my best interests at heart. She always has time to give me a thorough explanation about my meds. Going there is always a fun experience for me. One of the things I love the most is that upon entering the store, they look up from the pharmacy counter and give me a warm greeting by name. THAT....is a very rare thing, these days. The service is excellent. I wish that more stores were run like BHP..And yes, there is a Post Office inside and it is run by a lady who really knows how to be a Postmistress. She too is a pleasure to do business with.

They do not provide withdrawals for moneygram transfers, even though they are listed as an agent. They don’t even have the integrity to tell you honestly that they don’t provide the service, but will come up with fake excuses such as “our network is slow today”, but refuse to withdraw the money even on a different date.

They had every type of mobility equipment I needed for my husband. One small item was ordered and they called me the momenr it arrived.

The staffs in pharmacy provide high degree of customer service, they are kind and patience unlike the staff in post office, since I rarely send a package I am confused of certain things, but she end up just show impatience and rude attitude by answering my questions. I was disappointed for the service provide in post office.

Don't know where to start. Staff speaks limited English and is rude. They did not give me a receipt for my purchase. Employee looked very disturbed by my request for one. No longer step foot there, even for the post office.
