Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton Saskatoon Airport

I booked on expedia and when I arrived I was charged more than expedia had quoted. A fire alarm went off Saturday at 7am(unfortunate but a part of life). The staff did not evacuate or communicate to anyone and the guests had no idea where to go. The the fire alarm went off again a 5pm. Then sunday at 4:30am it went off AGAIN! all of these were false alarms and an issue with the system, an issue that they just let ride over the weekend. The hotel was a place to sleep and I couldn't even do that. No fault of the hotel but the multiple sports kids teams staying at the hotel were insanely noisy in hallways late into the evening as well. Hot tub and pool were closed/out of service as well. Only saving grace was it has the best free breakfast I've ever seen.Worst stay I've had in a while.

The greatest thing we loved about this hotel is the fact that the pool stays open till midnight EVERY NIGHT. Oh my gosh thats the greatest thing when you have kids in sports that aren't able to swim during the day, or if you arrive to check in late. The kids can still swim! Great staff, friendly and helpful, and clean comfortable rooms.

We have been staying here quite regularly. The fact you have free hot breakfast is great, served until 10:30 would be a great change. Pool open until midnight is huge plus. Regular checkout at noon is awesome. Staff is always friendly. Being that check out is noon, room cards should not deactivate before then. I shouldn’t have to stop to have my room card reprogrammed before going out to my vehicle out back so I can get back in without going around. I mentioned to front desk when we were checking out June 11th that the level of dirt clinging to the bathroom vent and on top of the picture in bathroom (never checked elsewhere) was gross and unacceptable. We were in the exact same room this weekend and the dirt was still there. It is actually really gross to look up and see this not to mention it’s a trigger for someone with allergies.

Arrived at the hotel on Friday and requested two rooms for two nights. Reservation was set for one night. When we returned and the rooms were extended manually, but our rooms had not been serviced. Now, COVID isn’t an excuse to not make a bed or give me clean towels. MOTEL 6 does that and cost is considerably less. Upon check out, my truck had been broken into. Went inside to the desk to ask if security had reported any incidents of the evening or if there was camera footage. They simply do not have either. Be FULLY advised this location does have the building on lock down after hours for security reasons, but does not have a security team or surveillance cameras? I will not recommend this facility to anyone, it is a huge disappointment to the HILTON chain

Excellent service from all the hotel employees from front desk (who welcomed us warmly even if it was a busy day) to the breaksfast team (with their amazing breakfast selection and amazing customer focused service). Nicia and Ivy (breakfast team) are very welcoming specially to us who are just visiting the city.

Excellent choice for an airport hotel. Airport two minutes away.Spacious room. Very clean. Helpful staff. Decent breakfast. Good beds.Not much nearby but I guess that is usually what you get when you want to stay near the airport! But still a few restaurants not too far within walking distance.

Very happy with this hotel that I would definitely stay here again and recommend to family and close friends. Front desk staff were very nice, pool/hot tub is open until midnight Rooms were very clean and well kept, the complimentary cookies available after 3pm is a very nice touch, and the included breakfast is top notch!! This hotel made driving 5 hours from Edmonton for my Grandpa's funeral a nice place of refuge during our time of grief. Many thanks to the staff for our pleasant experience!!Also I would like to mention that it was because of the good reviews that we chose to try this hotel and I concur!!

Great hotel! My go to when staying in Saskatoon. Easy parking. Great breakfast with friendly service. Check in was fast. Pool is warm and hot tub is nice. Gym is well equipped for size of hotel and includes a bunch of pre core machines. Check in is great at 3pm and a 12noom check out which is rare these days. Will continue to stay here when in Saskatoon.

I was told I could get a shuttle from the airport by calling in when I arrived. I called and called and it just kept ringing. I finally ordered an Uber, the guy at the front desk told me I called the wrong number (I called down shortly after and he picked up). My first bed had clearly been not washed, it had dirt and hairs all over it. I requested a second room which had a dirty Kleenex behind a pillow. The guy at the front desk asked me to try one more room. Why in the world would I do that! So now I’m spending a ton more to stay down the road and I’m hoping they clean their sheets. At least they picked up the phone when I called. I will never ever suggest staying here.

Room was ok, location was fine. But where i rated a 1 star for overall stay was, i called front desk to inform them of people slamming doors and making noise in hall ways from 9pm to 1am….people do need to sleep!!
