This was my first employment agency experience and Ahila made it thoroughly professional and efficient. Everything was always communicated and explained well, despite my numerous questions and requests for clarification. She was always proficient and willing to help. I messed up my payroll submission a couple times and the accounts department was always so kind and helpful and never made me feel any less than being human with my mistakes. Normally I don’t bother giving reviews but today with huge disappointment I am writing this review . I applied for one of the positions on LinkedIn and within an hour I got a call and Carmen fixed me an interview the next day . I had work the next day but I was willing to ignore all the bad reviews of this firm and be optimistic and try my luck for once. so I did the interview the next day and as expected it went well . I heard from my manager that they sent her set of question asking about me .It was more than 2-3 weeks since the interview and I didn’t hear anything so I sent Carmen a follow up mail and waited for at least a week for her reply . She never replied to my mail so I mailed the HR department ( I had their mail contact since they sent me the mail to fill up the form for references) . It’s been more than 5 days that the HR department also failed to reply to my mail . I know that I shouldn’t expect to get selected right away because I understand the Canadian job market has a fierce competition but they should at least reply to the mail rather than ghosting . Their company page says they have 20 years of experience and that they value their employees and clients , I don’t have idea what they are talking about provided such unprofessionalism on their side . Really really disappointed!!!P.S~ this webpage doesn’t allow me to post pictures . I wish I could so that the people who go through my review will understand what I was trying to say.

I was contacted by a recruiter from HR Associates within 24 hours of submitting my resume on their website. The level of professionalism and speed is astounding - from scheduling the initial interview with the agency, sending skill testing links for me to complete, finding a client that could use all my skills, scheduling an interview with the client, forwarding all onboarding documents, setting me up in the system and supporting me through the entire employment process. This agency has resources and references for all their employees. This shows their genuine care and concern for the staff they recruit. I am so grateful and blessed to find HR Associates.
