*This review is for service only not the products*I ordered a bra online from Lily Pad, a store I had frequented several times in thepast, and made purchases. The store notified me that my item was ready for pickup and I was to show the email then. Upon entering the store, an employee whom I hadn’t seen before greeted me with an abrupt “hi, can I help you?”. I let her know I came for a pickup, and showed her the email. She shrugged when I tried to show her the verification email and stated she didn’t want to see it. After retrieving my item, she brought it to the counter and read out the size. I wanted to confirm it was the correct brand but she shrugged and said “I don’t know” and returned to her previous task.When you are in your 60’s, you know good customer service, and this was certainly not it. Receiving abrupt service after having spent over $150 on an item definitely does not encourage me to return.

I’ve never had a great experience bra shopping however this has changed!! Sheena did the most amazing job instantly making me feel comfortable and confident! She went above and beyond to find the perfect size! I highly recommend getting your bras from here! I will be a forever returning client :)

I purchased a ph item and was not informed of the return policy. In looking at my receipt I took it to mean no return on lingerie items only, me which is common sense. They were annoyed I wanted to return an unopened item and refused. Poor customer service. To be annoyed at a return and to be abrupt about the policy. Will not go back nor recommend.

I was blown away by the over the top customer service at this shop today. Not only was the sales associate AND owner a pleasure to deal with, the shop is full of lovely items from lingerie to pj's to jewelry. But the cherry on top was how accommodating the owner was....I can't say enough. Definitely check this shop out, support an amazing local business!
