In Canada there is many institutions for everone and everything and when u need it non are there, or everyone is just passing you from one place to the next untill you give up. Took Coast Mountain Bus Comoany to human rights, for violation of my rights, for violating collective agreement, putting condition as in order to get medical severance, and for Termination of employment while recovering from the injury. Before Human rights mediation I applied BC Human Rights Clinic organizations that provides assistance for Human Rights and they refused me.At Human Rights mediation they said that I have case and that it is supported to go to next level, the CMBC ( company) puts in application for case dismissal, and they dismiss the case...so where is human right here...where is the legal assistance when u need it? They dont care about small guy (me and you)... No Human Rights, no explanations, whatsoever...

They rejected my complaint without providing any through investigation on the issue. It has taken nearly 3 months for complaint to process and I did not get a single call from a responsible investigator and single letter they sent was Your complaint is rejected" Extremely unprofessional staff and limited contact to reach them. If you send anything to them

They are just a bunch of politically-motivated activists with axes to grind. I pray for the conversion of Canada's failed system.

I jumped through all their hoops to lodge a massive complaint complete with ample evidence. I informed them I was leaving the country in six months, it was the icing on the cake for me deciding not to become a citizen. Thanks for letting me down BCHRT!

My freedom of speech on Google Review was banned by Canada. Canada has so many unconstitutional laws, and the government bans the people from complaining against them. I see a lot of negative reviews...I will state mine.As a person with disabilities, I have only ever found justice and equal access to legal justice for abuses perpetrated against me in one facet of the BC law system...The BC Human Rights Tribunal.It is the only area of law for remedy that does not force you to need a lawyer...the process is fully accessible, even for persons with mental disorder.My life has been horrific because of abuse and an overwhelming portion of society that pretends to care about the vulnerable so as to exploit them.Without the tribunal, I never ever could have experienced what it means to have human rights as a disabled person trapped in poverty. Disability is civil death...but The Human Rights Tribunal has helped me to keep my humanity alive, more than once.I will never forget this.

I had a workplace fire me based on a Criminal charge 25yrs old, a clear violation of my Human rights. I filed in Feb. Other than their garbage request for a respondents e-mail in April and a case number I have heard nothing from them and am unable to contact a human . What kind of useless government provides a human rights tribunal that does nothing? When are people going to vote a government that works for them and not the wealthy? Only way to see a change in the efforts is to vote out the thieves and liars in office and vote in someone that will work for the people

Talk to a recording and they have 3 days to get back to us! All day trying to get help for Telus TV connection went off; and over a week of complaining -high blood pressure and disabled; and Telus only wants our money not good service for tv help; and or helping people; need a new tv provider!Got Rogers for cell/text/phone; do they have a TV station in Kelowna?
