Management made huge difference between black card and regular card holders which is all heavy weights are in black card area, major pulling machines too. Regular card holders just have very limited machines and weights for workout

The staff were extremely helpful in getting me setup with the membership. Great atmosphere, well maintained and clean. Good variety of machines available to complete the workout. I highly recommend this gym.

It’s a great place to workout. It’s not too crowded as well and it’s very spacious. It’s much cheaper than other alternatives.There are tons of cardio machines as well as free weights. It is lacking a few basic equipment for non-black card members which sucks. But most equipment is more than good enough for most people.

Prior to coming to this location, all I knew about Fit4Less was that it was a budget friendly gym. As a result, my mind thought that this place would less positive than GoodLife. However, when I visited this location, it was newly renovated and clean and till now this location has been well kept which is all thanks to the staff.I got to know some of the staff at this location and there were really friendly and always nice. One staff in particular that I would to mention is the staff named Destahany (sorry if I misspelled your name). She was a new staff that joined midsummer and was able to pick things up fairly quickly. She was always welcoming and hardworking especially during the days that she was schedule alone. Additionally it is a testimony that she stayed especially during a period in the summer when there was a high turnover rate where new staff joined and left very quickly. Lastly despite needing to work two and maybe three jobs at a time, she always comes to work with a smile which helps brighten the members mood.I always brag about this location to my friends and am very happy to have joined.

The place is well maintained, clean, and tidy. Staff is helpful. Every time when I was there, there was staff cleaning the place. They are attending and following the Covid-19 guidelines without exception. Sanitizer is conveniently located for users to clean the equipment before and after workout. There is a hydro massage bed, regular massage chairs, and tan rooms available. I would say the membership fee and charges are reasonable, provided that they won't change their price randomly. I recommend this location.

Overall a solid gym, especially if you’re a Black Card member, which grants access to an additional space with more equipment. I find it well maintained and modern. My only frustration with this location is the odd shower set up/lack of a locker room and that often at 7am the staff members arrive late and thus showers aren’t always available when you need them. Overall its good value given the monthly cost is highly reasonable compared to alternative gyms.

Showers are never cleaned and always dirty, same with the washrooms.Be aware that while this gym says 24 hours, you only have access to showers during staffed hours. On weekends showers don't open until 11am and close at 3:30. This should have been clarified on the website.You pay for what you get.

It's my favorite gym to go to. They keep their equipment in the best shape and replace it quickly once it gets worn out or broken. There's lots of private areas in the gym where you can workout without a ton of people around you. Great variety of equipment as well.

Its the cleanest gym so far,machines get fixed in not more than 2 days, not over crowded, i started working out here and its been almost a year and i love being here.Suggestion- A Punching Bag would be a great addition tho.
