Most terrible place, if you need help or solve the problems, specially manager Kathy she answer you, write comments and sended to the tenant act. They don’t care how you live!!!!! Just pay the rent,that’s all what they need.It’s discusting!!!

I've been living in a Kiwanis home for ten years and I've had nothing but incredible experiences with this property. So much in fact that it's so hard to believe there are so many poor reviews.I email and someone calls me back same or next day. No matter the problem. Sometimes it's rodents, sometimes it's a maintenance issue like an electrical outlet not having enough power or a leaky faucet. I never have to wait, ever.They come every 6 months to check that the fire/CO2 alarms are working and once a year for water heater/radiator maintenance.Since we've lived here we've had our kitchen redone as well.I have such a completely different experience than the other people posting on here, and I like to think that the score is so low because people are more likely to come online to post something negative, than something positive.I hope this review helps people choose to live in a property managed by this company because they're the best imo.

This is the worse place I have ever experiencedKathy just puts things aside and tells you offThere is a nice place near the centre mall on Albany. A one person lives at this home - 3 bedrooms. No kids for the pass 4 months if there is a single person with kids that is on a waiting list should inquire about it.Why should the person live a home with out kids. Might have to clean it up a bit. But a nice place for a single parent that has been waiting

This company is only responsible when it comes to getting want they want I've bin living in a small home size of a shed with a daughter and dog with unbelievable black mold for 3 years with no one taking this situation seriously . Maintenance told me that this house would be spotless and brand new before I move this place , I'm pretty sure this house was built in 1950 or 40s with not even one update to the place my backyard bigger then my whole house . I strongly dont not recommend this company especially for single mothers .

I went to see an apartment on King St. that has been there since 1965 and I swear it hasn't been up dated since 1965. Cupboards were the same floors looked like they weren't ever updated and the hallways were disgusting dirty and old looking. For $900.00 dollars the bachelor apartment was very and I mean very small and as I said not updated to support the price. I wouldn't pay 500 for it. Seniors shouldn't have to live this way its shameful. SHAME ON YOU!!!

Alice is rather rude and does little to accommodate my disabilities on the phone. They don't tell you when Hydro is automatically moved into your name. So now collections is coming after me because they didn't notify the Hydro company that I didn't move into the apartment but I'm still being charged for it. Poor communication skills

They were very understanding of my friend that had some difficulties and worked with them for a resolution not against them.

I've had the pleasure to work with the Kiwanis Homes team on multiple occasions and their professionalism is a delight to be a part of. They're a great asset to the community! Lisa and Kathy have been nothing but polite, kind, and extremely helpful.

I have nothing bad to say! They have always been incredibly helpful and understanding for me. I appreciate the team here greatly as I would not be as well off as I am now without their help.
