order a 250 amp tig with water cool torch, customer service called me and tell me without a cooler i can't use the machine. so i would need to buy a air cool torch (limited to 160amps) without telling me it wont meet the 250 amps duty cycle so now i did spend over 200$ for nothing. called them and they were so rude with me. NEVER I WILL BUY FROM THEM , RATHER GIVE MY MONEY TO CHINA

Are you kidding me?Purchased an Everlast 255 EXT during Black Friday sale. Was going to purchase a Miller Dynasty 180 with cooler until my buddy recommended i take a serious look at Everlast.Pulled the trigger, shipment was a little delayed by Purolator, Everlast shipping dept was great in helping.After getting everything assembled I was happy with my purchase. Got a full feature tig welder with cooler and pro cart and bigger flex torch for less than half the price of a comparable blue machine. During assembly found the supplied argon regulator hose pinched in 3 areas, to the point unusable. No problem, had a good weldcraft regulator assembly in hand.No damage to machine, everything including the pro cart looked nice and was easily assembled.Struck first arc on aluminum after setting up all parameters, and pow! Blew out my tungsten. Checked the high frequency gap, it was bang on at .035. I knew it behaved like no shielding gas so i checked connections, ok. Switched argon bottles and yatzee! It was a bad bottle of gas. Proceeded to weld and could not believe how smooth the arc was and how controllable the puddle is over my Diversion 180.Said to myself; “Are you kidding me!”A full featured welder that welds this nice at half the price over a major brand? So impressed! Good job Everlast and Everlast Canada

I have been interested in the Everlast brand of products for some time before I was ready to make a purchase. At some point I had decided I was going to buy a Lincoln or a Miller Mig welder from one of the nearby local welding supply stores.I mentioned that I was a student and that I had a certain budget for new machines but I think they didn't take me seriously and took ala time to create me a user account for their online service, and the guy at the store was supposed to call me back the next day with a couple different options and prices.He never did call me back, so I decided to go with the brand I was originally interested in, which was Everlast.I had been interested In the range of features in some of their higher end Mig welders, and Tig welders (seperately, as I was more interested in having one of each kind of machine as opposed to one of the multiprocess machines).Compared to other brands I noticed the Everlast had some high end features like dual pulse, ac balance control,pulse frequency adjustment etc that could only be found in other brands at a way higher price point or class of welder.I had difficulty using the online payment system / PayPal initially, but the customer service reps were extremely helpful and offered e transfer as a payment option broken up over a few seperated payments (as e transfer has a daily and weekly transfer limit).The support team kept in communication with me the whole time and were very helpful answering all my questions and made for a very welcoming buying experience.Everything was delivered smoothly and in good working order. I've had my welders for a few months now and still haven't tried the whole range of settings and features yet.Overall I would say it was a good buying experience and Im definitely happy with my machines.

I'm going to give them full stars . the reason is that we started a small shop with a few cnc plasmas/ router and small mill..I've always looked at Everlast pre there prices. we are small yet busy. my first item from the was the 185dv tig. and could not be happier . we do have a hypertherm xp plasma and it is one of the best items we have .. but for some odd reason we really want to get the Everlast 80 or 60 plasma with cnc port. then it will be a MiG for the smaller jobs.. so we can get rid of the Lincolns we have ..140 and 180 we have never been the ones to buy all power tools all the same brand. frankly a tool is a tool some better some NOT. it is what it is.. but the service we got from the Ontario Canada location was more then top notch. And we are really looking forward to have our shop completely running with Everlast equipment. we have giving our full reviews on our business page and proudly mention that the welds were done with Everlast. Equipment .. We like most will look at reviews before we buy. but you really have to do what suits your needs. and by far for us at D&S cutting edge its EVERLAST .

Order a 225 lighting drive roll were different than contact tips. Phoned to tell them about the issuse thinking that it would be an easy fix was shut down instantly that is wasn't their problem they don't pack the boxes, and i would have to buys the appropriate tips.

Everlast welding machines are simply the best. I have three now. I run a small metal fabrication shop in BC, and all my welding work is done with Everlast. I am supremely happy with the performance, extra add-ons, and the price point. The staff are immensely helpful and very polite. I had several questions about their products and setup, and they took their time to help me out. Very professional and courteous. Will be buying more machines in the future. I had a problem with my older Everlast 256s multifunction TIG machine. I visited the Everlast Canada web site and used a link I found there to ask for help. Within a few hours I had a reply with some helpful tips and some instructions attached. Using the information Mike at Everlast Canada gave me I was able to fix my own machine with very little effort. (Pro Tip: don't leave your Everlast near the plasma cutter or the dust will make your Tig sick). Great job Everlast!

Worst possible experience I have ever had. I was preparing to purchase a TIG welder with my credit card in hand ready to pay, but had a few questions prior to purchase. Was put through to what I thought was customer service to answer my questions about the combo tig plasma welder. The woman on the phone was so incredibly rude that I couldn't see myself buying from this company and told her she just lost a sale, she didn't care one bit and told me to have a nice day and hung up on me! I waited a couple of hours before calling back to speak to the manager and I was put through to the manager began to explain to her what happened and turns out that she was the woman that I had the the most unpleasant conversation with! She said that was me, and told me again to have a nice day and hung up me. I was shocked that was the manager of that place, and disappointed.

Bought a PowerTig 250EX with a water cooler over a year ago, not impressed with the quality. Right out of the box the water cooler shorted out because the power cable was too close to the fan. Contacted Everlast, at first they offered me a new cooler but I would have to pay for the shipping involved in swapping the machines, or take time off work to go to their location. Wasn't happy that after buying a brand new welder I would be spending extra to fix a mistake I didn't make. Argued with them a bit but ended up only getting the parts to fix it and a $60 TIG kit shipped to me for free. About a year later, the rubber tubing on the coolant line of the torch that came with the machine cracked and started leaking in a few spots. Contacted Everlast again, offered me a $40 discount on a new torch. I bought two torches (good to have a backup) and the lady I dealt with, Jean, did give me a good discount on one of the torches because it was being discontinued. (I can still get the consumables that fit the torch) Now it has trouble with the gas solenoid, occasionally staying on passed the post-flow setting. Hesitate to contact Everlast again, wondering how much more I have to put into this machine. I was thinking of buying a MIG from them, but I think I will buy from one of the name brands.
