We had placed a large order. Bosch fridge, Bosch dishwasher, fisher paykel gas range & hood. We were very disappointed as what was delivered was not the same at the time of purchase. Our fridge was missing multiple parts and we are still having difficulties trying to replace it. The delivery guys scratched our new front door & the fridge had damage to the one leg. Our sales representative ignored all of our calls & messages. I would not recommend this place unless you were taking the appliances home at the same time as purchase.

Bought my washer dryer here 4 years ago. Dryer stopped heating -no worries as i have warranty. Instead of the guy just telling me to call another number to have it fixed( i called just before closing time) he offered me some solutions that had worked for him in the past (like if you read the booklet that comes with the machine, you are actually not supposed to use dryer sheets!! Service guy is coming in 3 days. Thanks for your help on a fridAy evening whoever you are.

We bought a floor model fridge from there recently. The sales person was helpful and not pushy at all. We walked around the store and found one that we liked. He pulled the fridge out to show us all the imperfections on it.The delivery crew was amazing at moving the fridge into our small downtown home efficiently.Overall it was a great experience, the fridge is working just fine and we saved a lot of money.

Take your business elsewhere. Spoke to a sales rep on the phone and told him everything I needed and my budget. He gave me a few options on the phone and assured me to come in and he would take care of me. I went in (drove an hour to get there) when the sales rep told me to and didn't even have the decency to be there to help me. Another sales rep was there and tried to help me but couldn't get anywhere close to my budget nor what I was looking for. Very disappointed with the customer service and left a horrible taste in my mouth.

First purchase from this vendor will not be my last. I was very happy with the service provided by Diane and co. She put in a great amount of effort to help with what could seem like a trivial purchase to most people, a hand mixer. But in the end she got exactly what I asked for and did it in a timely manner, I am more than happy with the service and hope it continues throughout the life of my new gadget/future purchases.

I went there after visiting Home Depot and Canadian Appliance. I knew exactly what I wanted and was searching for it for the longest time. I spent hours on the internet. I called and spoke to Matt, verified they had what I wanted, drove there and bought the oven I wanted. Mat was very helpful and informative. I was there about 15 minutes. The stove was on a crazy sale and I ended paying almost a thousand less than the original price ( I knew what was the price in other places as well). Delivery was schedule to a very close date. I cant wait for it to come.I received the range. Delivery was on time. The range looks great. I have to say that when I called to ask something about the range and left a message, Matt called me back. So far I'm very happy

We saved close to $5000 buying a combination of scratch and dent appliances and new. We were assisted by Matthew Hood and he was absolutely fantastic. Whenever we had issues or questions, he would answer promptly. Even when our scratch and dent fridge had additional issues, Matt called the manufacturer and got the issues fixed under warranty and with zero cost for the service call. We will definitely go back to Matt for future appliance needs!
