Delicious pastry, bread and other baked goods!!! The onion dip and mushroom vegetarian chilli from the deli fridge was amazing, goes well with their freshly baked baguette!

Very special spot with everything you could imagine (and more). Quiches, fresh breads, soups, croissants(!) are a few favs. I love that they carry endless amounts of gourmet food items like dry cured sausages, jams, and other charcuterie-like items. Barb’s is my new go-to spot for gifts.

This place is great, they sell a variety of baked goods and a surprising amount of local products from other salt spring companies.We ordered the ginger twist and cheese twist, which both were good for different reasons. Cheese twist was a tad too salty, but overall great combination and good bread. However, our favourite was the ginger twist. Bread was softer, wasn’t too sweet and the ginger flavour really came through.If I return to salt spring, this is definitely a place I’ll return too. I wish they opened on weekends!

Amazing just amazing! What really stands out here is the very very GENEROUS and DELICIOUS fillings, prices are also very reasonable. We tried both savouries, sweets and to go salads. Visited 2 mornings in a row and tried a lot of stuff … If we were locals that would be our spot! Staff is super friendly and welcoming. Our favourites; double baked almond croissant, cinnamon twist, chorizo breakfast wrap, kale salad, chicken sandwich. But really, we liked everything we tried. Do yourself a favour and stock up on their sandwiches and goodies for the ferry ride! Note; not currently opened on weekends.
