Love the people working here! Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Every time I’m here, someone is always cleaning. We love the large loading dock that fits a full truck and love how everything is always so clean. Everything about this storage is amazing especially the free coffee perk :)

I been storing here for 10+ years & I will continue to do so. This facility is extremely clean and I feel very safe to store my personal belongings here! I will keep in mind to refer this location to my family and friends. Shoutout to the great manger running this site, Lauren! She always goes above and beyond to make sure I’m satisfied with the service.

The office is always very clean and inviting, and the staff are very nice. They always seem willing to help and answer any questions I had. 10/10 would recommend!

Saeed was very helpful and the process of getting setup with a unit was very easy. He explained all of the options as we went through the process and I was very happy with the result.

Lauren was very courteous and professional. She showed me around their new facility which was sparkling clean, modern and very well lit. Which made my decision to choose this facility in a heartbeat. Can't wait to move in! Thank you again Lauren!

I have used various storage facilities over the years through my business, but hands down this surpasses them all. The place is kept immaculately clean, which gives me the confidence to know my property will be kept safe and sound. Their storage facility also has numerous locker units of all different sizes to accommodate what you may be looking for. Had the worst customer experience in a decade here today.We have rented close to a dozen units over the last few years and had no issues at all. We currently rent only one and called in today to add another, there was one available so we told the lady over the phone we will come in to confirm and sign paper works in the afternoon.I arrived in the office and had a much much longer wait in this office than before. However, instead of a quick and simple apology for keeping customer waiting, this Cantonese speaking lady accused me of not making appointment upfront! From when you need an appointment to rent a self storage unit?? I am not seeing a doctor! And she seemed to forgot that she was the one we spoke with over the phone a few hour ago.When I confirmed to her that I will rent the unit and wanted to sign the paper works, she said she couldn't figure out how to add a unit to my existing profile, and it would take her quite a while to do so. Is this your first day of work??? But I was in hurry and told her I have to come back before the office close to sign. She told me office closes at 4:30I went back at 4:00 and guess what, this lady told me to come in to sign on Monday and office is closed! I told her you said 4:30 and now is only 4 and I don't want to waste another trip just to put a signature on it. She just insisted she can't print it and office is closed and plays with the few bills on her desk and seems to care no sh*t at all.I was fed up with this dumbness and walked out of the office and just happened to notice the office hours printed on the door, it says Saturdays: 9am to 5pmRecommendation to the management: Pls give this employee some basic training on paper work, respect to customer, a little work ethics, or if those are impossible tasks, at least tell her to keep her lies consistent.
