I saw some mixed reviews but was very happy with the service and the product. I immediately got an email saying my order was received. It shipped out very quickly and was received in a normal amount of time. I'm very happy with my purchase and the overall transaction.

I ordered a purse from this organization last week on a Tuesday, and it was supposed to arrive on a Thursday, 3 days ago. I was told by shipping on the Wednesday morning that they had made an inventory mistake, that they didn't have the purse in the color I wanted. I said that I would take another color with the assumption that the purse would be delivered in the same time frame. By Thursday evening, I realized I couldn't track the order and sent a message saying that I needed the order to be canceled unless they could categorically guarantee that the purse would be delivered by Saturday (yesterday) since we were going out of town for a few days and couldn't risk the package being left on the porch for a few days (very likely to be stolen). I was EXTREMELY clear about this and about the last possible date for delivery. The next time I was able to check my email at around noon on Friday, I got notice that the parcel was on its way!! I also saw a previous message from Alain shortly after 9 on Friday, saying and I quote, The delivery would be on Monday. Do you wish to cancel the order?". Duh!! I had been very clear in my message that Monday was too late

My whole user experience on Canada Lugage Depot website was flawless; from browsing among the countless bags until check-out and even after, with great tracking and super quick free delivery. I would definitely buy there again and I recommend this store to all bag lovers and travelers.

I highly recommend Canada Luggage Depot. Prices are super competitive (they price-match) and shipping is insanely fast (I'm in the Montreal area and my order arrived literally the next day). Unfortunately I had to return it, but since I live nearby I was able to return it to their warehouse and avoid the shipping fees. They have a little showroom on site so I was able to check out the suitcases and buy a replacement while I was there. Customer service was amazing! I would definitely purchase another suitcase from here.

While a bit apprehensive about making such a large purchase online we are extremely pleased with our purchase and this company. The order was placed online Sunday and we received our luggage within the week. The colour blue is beautiful. Love the dual wheels, the cases roll beautifully. Also the locks are great too! I would recommend this company if you're in need of new luggage.

My son was looking for new luggage and my cousin sent me there. When I arrived, the place was in renovation hell. Chris, greeted me at the door and invited me in anyway and took me to the back warehouse. He was very helpful and patient with me. They have lots and lots of choices and the price is great. I would recommend this place to anyone shopping for new luggage.

I've purchased from CLD twice now and both times have been so quick to ship my order. The luggage itself is awesome and has tons of space. I currently own 5 (one for each family member).
