Very pleased with the service provided by Travel Hub. Staff are polite and friendly. Mayur who organised our trip was extremely helpful and understanding in our requirements, he gave us very useful honest advice on do's and dont's for our journey. He showed a lot of empathy and patience everytime during our many phone conversations. Staff is very rude at the Harrow branch. They never own up to their mistake. Even their staff at Harrow branch, shivani, told us to get everything in writing from travel hub, keep screen shots. Because it seems like she knows clearly the company does wrong things to their customers. The boss Vikas is very arrogant and not helpful or understanding.

I am booking with travel hub from last 10 year. Staff are very good and always ready to help us.

Poor service. The staff are not trust worthy, will do anything to take extra money from you. We called 2 days before traveling back from Ahmedabad to London to check luggage limit, and was informed that the flight was cancelled due to airline issue and made me pay extra for the another flight. But then once we got back, I checked my original flight details online and funny thing, my original flight did take off and did land in London and I was made to pay extra for a new flight. The staff is very rude at the harrow branch, especially Shital at the harrow branch, she has no respect for customers. The boss, Vikas is very arrogant and has no respect. It's his teams problem that they had cancelled my ticket and some how we had to pay for their foolishness and wasted my time.

There were 37 of us - Nurses in London on a group tour and I arranged the multi-city flights with Travel Hub. We travelled to Tokyo, Osaka, Seoul then back to London.The staff were extremely helpful, a group of expert liaising with each member of my group and keeping me in the loop. We paid a small deposit then pay the rest a month before departure.Dharra went above and beyond helping us and making sure everything was covered from payment to travel requirements.When the flight schedule was changed I was worried that plans might be impacted significantly. I was contacted by Santosh/Dharra about my concern - connecting flight in Seoul and sorted out the changes. In the end a better option for our group. We have just come back from a very memorable trip and thanks to Travel Hub for all the help and assistance.
