Provigo Goulet Gatineau Alymer

It’s hard to say for certain, but for some reason the orange floors work at this Provigo. Really good selections of high end meats and cheeses. The flower section is really good. The Joe Fresh section has a lot of options as well. One of the best grocery stores in Aylmer!

I would like to give a big thank you to Seth who works in the PC Express. I ordered online today for the first time and I forgot a few things and when I called he was extremely helpful and polite . Merci !!

I've noticed that the last few times I've done groceries at Provigo the customer service is terrible. For example yesterday, June 11, 2023 cashier 5 would not smile and told me she does not speak English and couldn't be bothered to try or respond to me except when it came to paying. She was incredibly rude and gave me looks like I was crazy when I said Canada has 2 official languages which are English and French! She rolled her eyes. I feel like I'm bothering these cashiers when I'm there to buy groceries with my pension money. They should show the customer appreciation for choosing this store so they have a job! Then today I noticed 2 cases of drinks and a 10 pound bag potatoes were missing from my groceries and I know I put these items on the counter so that they would be scanned for payment! Alas, I put the receipt in recycle which passed early this morning. It just adds to my huge disappointment of shopping there yesterday. Furthermore, I am always courteous with the cashiers so its upsetting the way #5 cashier treated me yesterday as if she was doing me a favour. I will be shopping somewhere else as there are alot more choices in Aylmer.

It's a beautiful store with a wide array of unique products, but the prices on everyday food items is high compared to the competition!

I've always liked Provigo, but I've noticed the last few months that customer service has gone down the drain. The cashiers can't be bothered to smile back or respond to a hello". This is incredibly rude! I always feel like I'm bothering the cashiers when I'm there to buy groceries with my hard earned money. Very disappointed in this new trend

It is my place for groceries. Easy to find what you need (sometimes without thinking) and staff that are always friendly and helpful.

A cashier made a mistake in charging me, and I was subsequently treated like a thief. Had the cashier admitted mistake I gladly would have paid for my purchases - however the cashier lied to avoid repercussions and made me look like a liar and a thief. With their high prices and like 5 other grocery stores within minutes, provigo will never get any of my business again.

Nice store, very clean, good assortment of veggies and fruits, Good selection of fresh meat. A little pricey

Went there for the first time and was pleasantly surprised. Very modern, nice layout, fresh and varied produce. Also, it had some additional departments, sch and the confectionary and hand made chocolates, etc. I even found some non-traditional cake (see hamburger cake). I also bought a few of their specialty cupcakes. Positively amazing flavour and freshness. I will return.

Building has been there for quite some time, but it's been renovated a few times.Overall, clean store with a good selection of food and brands.
