Hornby's Canopy City & truck Accessories Victoria

I've had to cancel my custom built canopy (from another company) for my truck as hurricanes destroyed their warehouse and I couldn't wait until February as I'm leaving the country. Thankfully Hornby's Canopy in Victoria was able to set me up with a used one for an amazing price and installed it super quick and I couldn't be happier! Thank you Marc and Mike, your outstanding services gave me peace of mind and I couldn't be happier with my truck Canopy !!!!

The friendly guys at Hornby's serviced my canopy locks (one side was rusted out and wasn't allowing me to lock it) AND also stored my canopy over the weekend so that I could pick up a couple loads of garden soil and mulch -something they said they no longer usually do. Thankfully, they were able to fix my locks without putting in new locks that would have cost me $80. They said I didn't owe them anything for the repair & canopy storage for almost 3 days. I was amazed at their exceptional service that was free of charge! It really made my day! Thanks a bunch, guys!

Great service! I needed a new tonneau cover for my F-150. I had phoned them prior to my visit and I got some good advice on which product to choose. I ended up ordering the BAK flip G2 and they installed it while I was waiting, after half an hour I was good to go. They disposed of my old cover for me, which was highly appreciated. I highly recommend this company.

I have an older truck with an older canopy that needed some attention with water leaks and some other problems. I wasn't sure if it would be able to be fixed and it is getting hard to find canopies that fit my truck. The gentlemen at Hornby Canopy confidently assured me they could absolutely help me out! They completed the work in a timely manner and went above and beyond with some other details on the canopy that have been bugging me. They thoroughly went through and showed me everything they did which is really nice to know what exactly was wrong and how it was fixed! I can't recommend these gentlemen enough, they are kind, professional and masters of their craft. I will definitely be coming back here for any other work or improvements. Thank you!

Mark and Mike are customer service experts. Other employers and employees have role models at Hornby’s Canopy City in Victoria. As an Ontarian travelling across the country, I am most impressed with their professional service repairing the leaking tonneau cover on my truck. While in for an oil change at the local truck dealership, they would not tackle this repair. However, true to their word, they repaired the box cover quickly and at my convenience. My experience at Hornby’s was hassle-free, considerate and friendly. When back to the Island again, I’ll be sure to get my truck accessories and installation at Hornby’s Canopy City. Thanks fellows.
