The cocktails are yummy and super fun! I literally got things that sounded like description of who I am! Haha! However you choose yours, I’d recommend going! Great date spot or a cute spot to read your book, while enjoying something beyond a latte

I loved this place. The decor was so cozy and the staff was really nice. The cocktails are a bit small, but they tasted great. If I lived closer, I'd be here frequently, enjoying a book and a drink.

Cute place for a night out. Wouldn’t go here if you want something quiet on a friday. It took forever to get our drinks but they were delicious and servers were obviously running around trying to get everything done in a timely manner.

Super fun cocktail bar themed around famous literary works. Excellent and original cocktails, fun and knowledgeable staff and a cool vibe inside. Overall, I highly recommend this spot if you are a cocktail fan looking for a great new place to try in Toronto.

We had “the shadow of the wind,” which was light and refreshing, “Everyone brave is forgiven,” which was a flavor eruption, and “The house of spirits,” which was our favorite, leaving a nice linger for the aftertaste, and “Fahrenheit 451” which was okay. I would definitely recommend the brave one.The atmosphere is cozy and not pretentious hipster. It would have been five stars if only the staff had let us take the table we wanted. I'm not too fond of it when the staff tells you where to sit. We came here when it was a blizzard outside, so it was clear it won't be a full house - why don't you let customers pick their sitting?

“Ripped off” are famous last words! We went into this little place in Toronto’s west end to have a drink and a bite. We were served 2 drinks in flutes (just a bit taller than a shot glass) filled with ice, $15 each (!!!) and for snacks, 2 small portions of guac and pico-de-gallo (read: diced tomatoes with no seasoning of any kind). Guac was $12 (!!!!) and pico $8 (!!!!) - see the photos pls. The bartender was super rude and could not smile to save her life.Never felt so ripped off for all the years living in this city. It is cheaper and more satisfying than this in any half good place in Manhattan, never-mind in a hole-in-a-wall type of place in Etobicoke! If you want to avoid feeling completely underwhelmed and ripped off, stay away. Plenty of great places in the west end.

Absolutely love the decor in this place! It would have taken me far too long to read every book on display but they're all iconic. The themed menu was superb and very amusing! My favourites were 'Fahrenheit 451' and 'Maybe in Another Life' (the drinks, not necessarily the books)!I'll be sure to come back for the vibe of the place and some fun with Scrabble!('All the Seas of the World' is the blue drink in the pictures; the 'Fahrenheit 451' is the aptly orange, fiery looking one; 'Maybe in Another Life' is the red, cherry drink)
