I have been having reflexology treatments for many years & have found it to be a very healing modality. Francine Carignan is a wonderful & highly skilled reflexologist. She is kind, warm and very competent. I can highly recommend her.

Francine is so intuitive and knows where to direct more energy in every session when needed. I started seeing her regularly last year and she always took the time to educate me on what was happening in my body and what the specific points were that she was working on. Francine remembers what needed extra work last session and checks in to see how I am when we start a new one. I feel that she has helped me tune in better to the deep connections in my body. I highly recommend Sole Connection.

You're in good hands with Francine. She is caring and kind and is dedicated to her reflexology practice. I have been going regularly to Francine for over 2 years. It has helped to calm my nervous system and is a complementary aid to relieving my shoulder and neck pain.

Wonderful service! Francine's presence puts you at ease and in no time you are just melting into the chair in a pure state of bliss. Her place is tranquil and quiet. I have seen many practitioners in my lifetime for chronic back pain and muscle tension and it takes a special person to be able to locate the source of your ailment and work on it. She if a very gifted healer and practitioner. Highly recommended.
