J'ai l'habitude de voyager avec Dragon Express les week-ends, et j'en suis très satisfait. Le bus est bien équipé (climatisation, prises électriques, Wi-Fi, toilettes, stores) et le personnel est toujours ponctuel et agréable, notamment Tommy et Michel que je retrouve souvent. Avec un prix plus qu'abordable, je ne peux que recommander !

Quand le bus n'est pas annulé pour cause de sous-réservation, le confort et le service est correct pour le prix. Par contre ne cherché pas un bus avec un dragon, il faut aller demander à tout les bus qui arrivent. A Quebec l'arrêt est au traversier et non à AML croisière.

En congés au Canada, sur conseil d'un membre de la famille, mon épouse et moi avons réservé auprès de ce prestataire pour un séjour de 3 jours à New York.Un peu méfiants au prime abord, nous nous sommes finalement beaucoup amusés et avons pris énormément de bon temps. Certes la durée très courte du séjour et les possibilités d'activités nous auront passablement épuisé, mais nous n'oublierons pas de sitôt notre escapade.Les accompagnants (la guide et le chauffeur du car) se sont montrés de bon conseil, d'une grande gentillesse et d'un professionnalisme irréprochable. Ils ont contribué à rendre notre voyage agréable et rassurant.A titre personnel, nous ne pouvons que recommander ce prestataire

We arrived 15 minutes before the time of departure at the pick-up location for 6pm. the bus never showed up. We called the company and they gave us the guide's number. The guide was rude and was passing the blame on us for missing the bus but turns out that the pickup location moved elsewhere and they didnt bother telling anybody about it. Only their chinese touristic group which was already part of their tour knew the new location and yet it was our fault that we didnt embark at the new unknown location. They didnt offer any refund or at least u-turn the bus when we called a 605 so here's a 1 star. Would give a 0 honestly.

We took a 3 day 2 night trip to Gaspe. Our tour guide Tao or as he explains it General Tao was very professional friendly and a simply pleasant person with lots of patience.This tour is perfect to explore the key area of Gaspe and Perce with the help of someone who knows the area already.Once you pay the price of bus and hotel, it will cost you an additional 191$ which includes all the entrances fee, driver and guide daily fee and 3 organized lunch for the 3 days.On the way Sam Yi restaurant was very nice place with buffet service. Day 2 Lobster meal at Perce and day Chinese restaurant in Mont Joli. All places served quality food. And all restaurants in good condition.The journey is long! But with all the stops and enough LTE it goes by well. You can take this opportunity to get some sleep also.My only request to Dragon Tours! It is inhumane to make someone sit in seat 51/52 right on top of the engine for a 2400km journey! I would ask for the management to try and sit on top of the engine for 1 hour!

We never expected we paid such a low prices but get such a wonderful service, a big nice bus and what surprised us is there's a guide always remaining everybody that we gotta arrive at any stops and mentioned us the schedule for return, she's so sweet always with big smile which makes the day bright. Honestly its far way better than the other bus companies. Recommend !

Tour is actually cheap and guides were nice

Excellent service pour un prix 5 fois inférieur à son concurrent !!! Seul inconvénient il y a juste 2 départ par jours pour Montréal Québec. Autobus propre et chauffeur sympathique. C'est même loin cher que le covoiturage.

My husband and I took the 3 days / 2 nights Boston tour. Our driver (Tony) is a great driver, and our guide (BO) was great and knowledgeable. This is our 2nd bus tour with this company. We loved it, and so did the rest of the people on the bus:) We will definitely and eventually be taking more tours with this Dragon Express. Thank you to BO and Tony for a great trip!
