Dr Tirath Sadhra Medical Svc

Was referred to Dr Gosal Sadhra by my family doctor in 2016 and have been going to her Langley clinic since then. Professional staff, well mannered and professional paramedics or whatever those folks who administer the treadmill tests and holster monitor prep are called. Dr Gosal Sadhra herself is professional and appears competent in her field. The only drawback, understandably, is time overruns, stemming from the inability to predict how long each patient's visit will take.

I met with Dr Gosal and found her to be a very gentle kind person she took her time reviewing my test results and has guided me from the very start. Thank you Dr. Gosal for your experience and knowledge.Brooke Cleland

I have been about three to four times. She is working with another Doctor in New Westminister and has been awesome. She tells you what is important to know, what needs to be done. I find her very personable in her office.

I have had two appointments with Dr. Gosal over the past several years. Both experiences with her were very disappointing. Her front desk staff are very difficult to get in contact with. One of her front desk staff is consistently very rude - to patients in general. Dr Gosal is not an approachable Doctor. She is very rude herself. I was having serious cardiac challenges when I last met with her. She noted that I had not pursued getting CPAP equipment (for a possible sleep apnea - diagnosis) and basically said it was my fault for the condition I was in. When I reminded her that I am extremely claustrophobic from Childhood abuse and could not wear a full CPAP mask - she asked me how old I am and when I told her she suggested “it’s time to get over that don’t you think?” When I confronted her with that statement she basically said she didn’t think she could work with me. When I asked what I should do then... she told me to go to the ER. I told her I had done some research online about my possible condition and that Ablation procedures were being used apparently to resolve the irregular heart beat and get the heart back into sinus rhythm she became disgusted with me and said “you Google Doctors! You aren’t even a candidate for an Ablation procedure! No one will even look at you till you go through the proper steps including CPAP therapy.” I agreed at that point with her that her and I could not be Doctor and Patient together. I asked for a copy of the ECG her staff had just performed - which she did give to me - and returned to my family Doctor. By the time I got into my family Doctor Dr. Gosal had forwarded her notes to him and twice stated in her notes “not a candidate for Ablation.” My Doctor reviewed the ECG and realized I was in significant distress and referred me to Saint Pauls Hospital which has an Ablation Clinic and Cardiac Doctors working out of it. My wife drove me to Saint Pauls Hospital that morning. I was immediately admitted and within a few hours was told that I was a strong candidate for an Ablation procedure to correct my condition. I was hospitalized that day to stabilize me and had an Ablation operation on my heart to correct my irregular heart rhythm a week later. I will never use the services of Dr. Gosal again... and I would never recommend her or her office to any patient. There are far better, more personable Cardiologists available although you may have to wait several weeks to see them. You can get in to Dr. Gosal in a short period of time... her staff’s and her attitude and poor behaviour may be a good reason why she is not as busy as other Cardiologists. I have read some of the comments on line regarding Dr. Gosal. One person suggests we should all be very thankful for the care we have in this country versus other countries. I would tend to agree with that statement - but that statement does not take in to account that Canada is a First World Country... and we have a high level of care generally in this Country - and Dr. Gosal... in my experience does not live up to the standard of care you can receive from other Doctors in this great country we call Canada.

She is the worst doctor out there. How are you a cardiologist? Disgusting bedside manner, rude and full of herself. DO NOT go to her. I'd rather wait the 6 months then have to see her.

She doesn't respect other people's time, month ago I went to her office for an early morning appointment and she was an hour late and today (July 28) again she came to office an hour late.Most of the doctors including her thinks that patients time is not important. I wish one day all of these doctors should go through this pain called waiting.Person who can't come to work on time shows how much that person will respect your time.

I'll never go back here. This specialist claimed I would be a heart patient by the time I turned 50 if I didn't go on statins right away. I was 49 when she said this. She had me wear a 24 hour halter monitor and didn't tell me to keep note of what I was doing at the times the halter was taking measurements. When she looked at the results a week later, she pointed out that many of my numbers were high. She refused to listen to the fact that I was running around at work with kids during those times.I'm now 53. I've been checked by the lipid center in Surrey and have been given a clean bill of health. I never went on statins.The nurses in Dr. Gosal's office were kind but they are so disorganised there they are always running an hour behind.Do yourself a favor and ask your Dr for a referral to a different specialist.

Rude staff, always behind on appointments. I have been to see Dr. Gosal about 10 times and had enough. Always 45 min to an hour behind, calls and changes my appointment sometimes twice and then they screw up when you get there. Sent me a blank requisition form fir bloodwork. Extremely rude front staff and totally disrespectful of your time. Looking for another Cardiologist!

You should all be happy you don't have to pay thousands of dollars to see such specialists---full of complaints with NO gratitude. My wife has an appointment and is grateful we are in a country where we don't have to pay 36000 dollars to SEE a cardiologist. Try THANK YOU

I like proficiency, practicality, but the Surrey location is ....pull your own paper if you want to lie on clean paper...very hectic and yet she had no time to examine me. Just do the treadmill and a short conversation. pointless halter monitor.(was done before)
