A pretty remarkable location and service for a McDonald's! The upscaling the stores has worked well in their favor. Specially having a location in middle of Banff downtown is superb and everything about it hits the mark that you expect from a McDonald's. Tried out their habanero chicken sandwich which had tiniest bit of kicks, would love to see it go higher in heat. Overall a quick and fast service for adequately okay food(I'm basing this off of McDonald's level, not anything higher so set expectations accordingly) in a nice location.

Atmosphere was very nice like a fancy restaurant. Ordering the food was quick but when I grabbed my food and went back to my hotel I was greeted with this. 2 separate burgers with same toppings. Hamburger mayo, ketchup only yet one had pickles. Nothing even happened like I was carrying it throughout banff in a bag with just the 2 burgers. Took 1 bite instantly lost all my appetite for any food. Only reason why its a 2 star is because of the interior

This is truly an amazing place. We did not stay there because it was out of our budget, but as visitors, we found this place very friendly and great. There is a lot to see, a lot of history and many beautiful halls and rooms to see. The outside patios are beautifully filled with colorful flowers and they come out great on your picture. We walked around the lobby and everyone was very polite and friendly. You can take tons of pictures. I love this place

Banff can be hectic and overwhelming in the summer. It's nice to find a quiet relaxing place that is familiar to calm down. This mcdonalds is always well run. We make it our go to stop.

It’s McDonald’s, so you know exactly what you’re getting. The big advantage to this McDonald’s is that it probably has one of the best views from the patio seating that you’ll ever find. The food was the typical mediocre McDonald’s food, but eating it while watching the sunrise over banff made it extra special. Can’t complain!

The restaurant was not very clean but given how crowded it was, I think that's ok. The burger is not as great as it is in other outlets.Service was quite fast even though they had so many orders.The location of the restaurant is great. Right in the middle of downtown Banff.

This place is way too busy. Came here for a vanilla cone special but none of the ice cream machines were working. The washrooms are downstairs and are hot, muggy and fragrant.

Food is basically what a McDonald's tastes like. Service here was a bit worse than others I've been to. Had my order number up on the screen but staff were chatting away so they removed it, I had no idea when my food was done. I also requested an eat-in meal so I was expecting a tray, but all my food was given in a bag. I had to eat out of a bag, which made it a bit hard as I ordered quite a bit.
