Browns Locksmith/Rays lock and Key

Had my key programmed by an awesome technician.However, there is a creepy old silver hag that came out of the the corner office , eyeballing us . While we were WAITING !During my visit I was in a minor fender bender in the congested parking lot .I asked for assistance with accessing the video of the parking lot so I could establish fault .The said battle axe , had the most dismissive excuses to why she couldn’t help ( ancient mind ) . A man then interjected and took my info .Moments later while the tech was in my car , the old bag came out and said as long as I have pictures that should be enough . No call came .Woman , if you’re reading this . Stay in your office where you’re hidden from people, there’s something wrong with you .

Once again Rays Lock and Key to the Rescue! A huge shout out to the Amazing Staff especially the Magic Key Lady! I am never disappointed in the service from Rays especially when I bring 99% of my key disasters on myself! And the little 4 legged door greater is a nice touch. Thanks Again Rays Lock and Key for saving the day!

Terrible store and customer service, very expensive, unreliabl service, I bought two brand new bedroom door knobs. Over the weekend, when I wanted to install those, i realized that there is no latch in any of them. Obviously someone at store took it off. When I wanted to return those to store, the store deducted 15% inventory fee and they don't accept that latches were not in the box at the beginning. I am not a lier. Your store has some problem. Also all the locks doesn't work smoothly since i used this store to rekey those. They are not responsible and provide poor service that cost too much. It was better to buy brand new locker with the same cost and save so many unnecessary trips to store. Even one star is too much. If you wanted to buy any brand new product from them, for sure you can buy better quality with better price at other stores. If you need to buy, make sure to check your purchase first to ensure everything is in the box.

I have a disabled patient whose door wouldn't latch or lock and blew open in middle of the night etc. . she paid someone to fix it and got scammed. she has no more money to get door fixed and so I called Ray at Rays locksmith told him about her and he did not hesitate to say he would go volunteer his time to fix the door and put a deadbolt on it! Thank you Ray so much!! There is still kindness in the world.

Parked there as there was no other parking downtown and I was running late to a medical appointment. Came back an hour later with a boot on my car. Called the number that was left on my car and it was the locksmiths number. They tried to fine me 200$ to remove the boot—illegal!!!!!! Horrible.

They put a boot your vehicle seconds after parking there waiting with a camera to scam residents of the city. ( the signage is on other side of lot not infront of stalls ) THEY ILLEGALLY PUT A BOOT ON MY VEHICLE . ( The lot is patrolled by Impark and they legally give tickets. ) Scammed 200 bucks from me, no receipt , straight into till. They claim to give the money to impark... but this is a scam, no warnings , and not lawful. Use any other locksmith , these people are obvious unlawful scam artists.

The price they charge is high compared to other locksmiths. Wouldn’t even try fixing the problem before payment. Also, didn’t like the way the staff spoke to me. I would recommend people do their research before doing business with them.

I was away on Vancouver Island and had a friend taking care of my apartment. Unfortunately said friend used one of his own keys in my lock and it broke.Rays/Browns got there that day and replaced the whole thing for me immediately! No muss, no fuss, no worries! This lock is so much smoother than the original and when I got home, had two fresh new keys waiting for me!Polite, friendly, and ever so attentive!

Wouldn't hire any other locksmith. Ray heard about a sweet elderly lady in the community who's front door would not stay closed. She could not afford to have it fixed but Ray showed up and fixed it the day he heard about it and did it for free out of the goodness of his heart. Very appreciative for people like Ray. You made this ladies day, she has crying into the phone when she told me what you had done for her! Thank you Ray!
