This service was incredibly helpful. I was paid $400 for my hardly running vehicle and that was including the tow. Most folks suggested I go to another company in Brighton, but the customer experience with Auto Scrap Yard was above and beyond. Super grateful that my first vehicle left in their capable hands. Somber to let go of the vehicle, but they made the process feel normal, and smooth. Even had it completed on a Sunday when most are closed! Not to mention, they have contact methods like Whatsapp for those who prefer text and at any time! I was reaching out at 11pm and they were able to assist me.Thanks so much!

Never use this company. I was told around 11 this morning they’d be there to get my car. I call them at 12:30 and ask what’s going on and they say 45 minutes. So I wait and I get a text saying this random person will call me about the car. He asked me if I called his BUDDY to get a car towed. I replied I called a company to get my car towed. This guy tells me he can’t come and get it until 5pm because he’s at work. If I had known this at 9am this morning when I called I would have called elsewhere but instead these guys had me wait around all day. I have a two hour drive ahead of me today and I needed it done this morning

They were just a phone call away! They came by same day as my call, and came out to take a look, then bought my scrap car off of me right away and tagged it for tow the next day. Quick and easy service provided, no hassle and great deal!

We are so very happy we chose this company to remove our car that was beyond repair. We have a young, busy family and with one call, we were able to set up a time that day for him to come check out the car and make a deal. He helped give it a boost so I could get the remaining items from my trunk (the lock was seized and the battery was dead so could not open the trunk) which was very helpful. He offered a very fair price and it was towed away later in the day without hassle and complication. Both on the phone and in person, he was very pleasant and offered great, clear, customer service. We would definitely recommend this company. We look forward to calling you again in the future when we have other items. Thank you very much!
