Car Approved Now

I recently bought my van from an excellent sales representative name Hassan. I saw their website 5 in the afternoon then the next day morning I got approved with a very nice deal. They worked really hard to get me the van I wanted for my family at a price I could afford. Many many thanks to Car approved now.

If I could give Zero stars I would. Absolute scam of a company that will say anything to get you to drive off in a busted car. If they know you're desperate they will exploit you completely. They wasted my time for a week, told me I was approved for several cars, then suddenly there's nothing available for me when I went in, they conveniently sold the night prior. They advertise cars at a bunch of different price points, but will only sell you lemons unless you have amazing credit, but who knows if thays even true. They went from one price to another several times. They told me 600 down, and then changed that into over 1000, then changed it to almost 2000. They said interest will be at 35%. They lied to me several times, were not upfront at all, and there were so many cars with bad issues that are not road safe in the slightest. I'm convinced the 5 star reviews are not real. I called my bank to ask what my credit score was after this encounter and they had a different number from what the bank gave me. Almost a 200 point difference. The website is NOT accurate, even with cars cheaper than what I was looking at, somehow I wasn't approved for them. Please avoid this company even if you're desperate. It's not worth it. Had I not zoomed in on the mechanics report, they would've let me buy that car and did not disclose it needed over 5k of work right away. They didn't even have my paperwork ready when they knew I was coming in. Red flags all around, I'm glad someone was there with me to tell them no this isn't right and walked me out of there. They were extremely pushy to get you to put down a deposit to hold" the vehicle. They called several times a day to make sure I was still interested they knew I couldnt afford much

Thought I was getting a good deal going through here as I’m 19 and was excited to get into one of my dream cars(March 2023). Less than 1 month later a misfire code comes up. I got it to a shop a week later as I had an issue with my AMA account. Mechanic told me he couldn’t fix it right away as he was busy. Come to a month later(may 2023) I was informed by my mechanic that the motor is blown. It wasn’t the normal spark plug and coil packs misfire. So now I’m out a car that I’m paying over $700/month for because of their negligence to inform me the car wasn’t in perfect condition as I was informed it was. I’m also now going to be out $20,000 for the new motor and install. I’ve been told by the dealer that all costs are in my hands now. Thanks a lot you guys, and to anyone reading this I recommend you stay far far away.

Was looking at a vehicle here that was posted for sale just yesterday.They called after I made an online inquiry and I provided all my details so we could see about getting me approved for financing on the vehicle of interest (audi a4).We booked an appointment for 11am today, and when I showed up I clearly saw the vehicle I had been interested in purchasing with a sold sign on it.They didn’t call me ahead to tell me it was sold, just let me come in for my appointment as if nothing had happened, saying “it was sold by one of our co companies”.No apologies were made, and then tried to start selling me on other vehicles. Needless to say I walked that moment saying I was not looking for any other cars.Receive a call from the manager just after leaving with a condescending aggressive tone saying “Jaden!! You didn’t even stay for your appointment!”I replied “Of course I didn’t, and you know why.You sold the vehicle I had discussed buying with you and I’m not interested in any other vehicles.”He proceeds to say “You couldn’t have even gotten approved for that car with where your credits at anyway!” And is yelling at me at this point.I told him once again “that’s not my problem, I’m not interested in another vehicle. Have a good day” as he continued to try to push me to keep talking and come back, told him have a good day once or twice more and then hung up the phone.Scammy marketing tactics, scummy practices, terrible customer service.Felt like a used piece of meat after that experience as they had buttered me up and acted so kind on the phone the night before. I would never recommend this place to anyone.Hope this helps any prospective buyers.(If their sales practices are this bad, I can only imagine the cars.)It might sound butt hurt, but seriously. Just avoid these guys.

They were all very friendly and helpful. They listened to the needs we wanted from the vehicle we were looking for. They got them meet and then so much more. Also had fun with them once they saw how true of fans we are to our beloved Saskatchewan rough riders.

While we got the car my wife wanted, the sales process was very arduous and felt like we were fighting to get an answer regarding the inspection and finance approval.The final delivery detailing was poorly done as there is a film of stuck on grey dust across the entirety of the vehicle, and many spots still stuck on the seats.We had also been told a part to fix the exhaust tip was on order for it. By the time we got the vehicle, the solution was for them to saw the exhaust tip off and toss it in the trunk.

This isn’t just a dealership- this is a group of people who really care about your happiness. Thanks to Car Approved Now and their amazing staff I have not only driven away in the car of my dreams- I have also had the guidance on how that car is not just a vehicle to get around in; but also one to drive forward my credit score.
